Dyson Pure Hot+Cool™ HP01 Air Purifier, Heater & Fan - White/Silver

I rarely write reviews of products, and only do when I'm a believer. I purchased this unit directly from Amazon Dyson Store on sale. I should add I've been debating for several years to get one of these and am very happy with the purchase. I have mild allergies and my spouse has cancer, so I needed an air purifier and she needed a heater as she is always cold due to chemo treatments. We needed to replace our old large space heater, which was seeming more and more like a fire hazard each day. So we decided to buy the Dyson which combine machines and now have one less thing to plug in and take up space.It has helped immensely with dust--we have three English springer spaniels and they are actively putting off dust and odor 24/7. We can tell that the air feels & smells cleaner and my dust allergies have been subdued.The fan/cool mode works nicely as a fan should. Air flow can be widely distributed or directly, and has a range of speeds--which is a nice feature. I'm not sure why some people gave it low reviews due to the fact that the air is not cold--no where in the description does it say it's an air conditioner. The sound isn't too loud or abrasive and is actually very pleasing on any setting. We think that the heater is great as well. It does in fact heat the entire dining room and living room (open concept) but standing directly in front of it, one would not know. I really like the wide range in the temperature settings and most importantly, it is not hot to touch. Dyson does advise to use caution when moving it, but I've not felt it ever get too hot. Finally, does not make my skin feel desiccated like other space heaters. It's a soft comfortable heat.I regret not purchasing one of these earlier and hope to purchase the WiFi w/ heater and humidifier next year and retiring this one to my kitchen. In my opinion, it will be worth the price because if I were to buy a separate high quality air filter, safe space heater, and a quality humidifier--all with a Wifi feature-- I'm practically paying the same price for one device such as the Dyson. We can't wait to get it!

Even though it’s expensive compared to other heaters - it’s a Dyson thats reliable, works very fast, and so convenient with remote and multiple levels and cooling and heating. Also quiet compared to other heaters and cooling products. Worth every penny and I’ll probably buy another one.

This thing is great. One of the best buying decisions I’ve made. Especially since I have pets this is way better than my last purifier. The heat setting gets hot which is great during winter some days I didn’t even need the heat on because of this you also get to choose the degree and it will stop when it gets there, the cold setting is colder than a fan but not like an air conditioner cold. It’s easy to use and quiet compared to other air purifiers.

I've been wanting to write a review on the fan from some time. It has been a few months since I bought it. I worked great for 2 to 3 months, it is very loud for a fan and its not like a normal fan noise a bit louder. Also I have noticed it vibrator. So I had it on the cabinet but it would rattle the doors just a bit making enough noise to keep me up. After awhile it stop pushing heat. No issue with cold. Took the filter off then I got heat. I didn't think I would have to replace the filter every 3 month at the price you spend on this thing.I kind a wish I returned when I had the chance.

I bought this Dyson air filter to since I start working from home and I am happy with it so far.The good:- Versital, this machine can be used as a fan, a heater, an air filter at the same time!- quiet: I leave it in my bedroom and I leave it on overnight some times. It is very quiet and doesn't bother my sleep at all.- Functional: I got this machine mainly for its air filtering functions and it delivers. I notice that I sneeze less after using it.Summary:I have used this machine for 6+ months now and I'm satisfied do far. Even it comes with a somewhat expensive price tag, i think it is worth the investment.

I have had this fan for nearly a year and I have consistently been pleased with this purchase. I live in a small NYC one bedroom apartment and have found that it makes simple work of heating my entire apartment. The fan setting is perfect for when I’m sleeping or placing in front of a cracked window to blow in fresh fall air. During the change of seasons, I have found myself switching between heat and cool depending on the time of day to keep my home one temperature. I was also so grateful for the air filter during the summer when we had those few days of lingering smoke from the fires out west. It made a very clear difference.It was a splurge, and one that I never saw myself making. But I am so glad that I did. It’s three devices in one sleek and attractive device. That’s how I justified the cost - if you bought a good fan, heater, and air purifier it would come out to more than the cost of this product. In a place where space is at a premium, it’s wonderful to have this awesome and reliable fan.

As always, Dyson products are superb. Bought 2 of these to use in our screened in porch and workshop. The heater on these works like a champ and the fan moves the air well. Don’t think it cools the air (so the name is a bit misleading), but it does filter and move the air. The remote is handy but the only drawback is it has to be pointed right at the control button on the unit. Like the fact it is magnetic and sticks to the top of the unit. Very pleased with everything, overall.

Within a few weeks of receiving the Dyson heater, a fault came up on panel and it stoped functioning. I have made several attempts to solve this issue directly with Dyson only to be fobbed off. This heater was expensive and I am getting no resolution to my problem. Looks like I will have to go to Consumer Rights now.Ger Matthews

Llego en tiempo y forma. Llevo 2 meses utilizándolo y no ha presentado ninguna falla. Calienta una habitación en minutos. Se programa para que se apague solo, quita los malos olores. Solo quiero aclarar que este modelo, que es el primero de su tipo NO tiene wifi integrado, por lo tanto no es compatible con la aplicación. Tampoco tiene modo nocturno y si puede ser un poco ruidoso en la noche, sobretodo si se tiene el sueño ligero. Por lo demás creo que cumple bien todas sus funciones y es buen producto con el precio más bajo que el de los modelos más nuevos.Aunque por unos miles de pesos si hubiera preferido el modelo más nuevo, solo que no leí bien las especificaciones de este.
