Great hat for removing snow in the winter. Fits good, keeps the sun out of my eyes and keeps my head warm.

Very warm hat. Initial fit was a little snug but broke in quickly. I bought this for the flexibility of the ear flaps, and was happy with how they work. Took on a trip to Alaska and it was perfect for my needs.

I want to like this more than I actually like it. I generally like how it looks, I like how the flaps keep my ears warm. But with the flaps down my wife asks if I'm going to play polo. :-D It's a tiny bit more snug than I'd like. I wear a medium motorcycle helmet so got the medium hat. It's not uncomfortable, just a wee bit smaller than ideal. The headband is "OK" comfortable - a tiny bit scratchy but not bad. The only thing I'm really having issues with is how it rubs on my coat collar - I zip up my coat so the collar is up and put the hat flaps down - and when I turn my head they rub together and make noise in my ears. The flaps are low profile and seems like they would be out of the way. Or not. Oh well! I guess any hat with flaps would do the same. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

I really like this hat. It is warm and lined with a fur type material around the ear flaps. It is a nice classic looking winter hat. I like the way it is firm enough to keep the round shape on top. I don't remember if it said it was wool or not but the outside certainly feels like wool. The hat is heavy too, it feels like a substantial quality hat. I would say it fit as expected. I usually buy large hats and this one fit. As far as the warmth I would say it is a good warm hat but not the greatest. I put out hay this morning for the cows, it was 27 degrees, it took about 45 minutes and my ears were a little cool but not bad. If I was planning an all day ski trip I would take my trusty Mad Bomber fur hat but for unloading a truck for a half hour in 30 -40 degree weather it would be fine. Oh yes, and best of all it doesn't make your head itch like other winter hats it have. For the money this is a darn good hat.

This is a very nice looking hat. It is well made, sturdy, has a stiff brim and I think overall good quality. I ordered a large because I wear a large baseball hat. Unfortunately the one I got was bigger than advertised. It barely sat on my head with out sinking but once I let down the ear flaps, then the hat just swallowed my head. I had to tilt my head up to see out from under the brim. Also, I think because the flaps fold down from the outside they don't lay over the ears and neck very well but this may be because it was too big to begin with.

Quite warm. Too warm to wear unless it's pretty cold out.

Wow! I didn’t expect the hat to be so perfect - warm, comfortable. I look forward to my early morning and late afternoon walks with my dog, even though the temperature is dipping below freezing already and it’s only late November. The ear flaps can be worn up (snaps) or down over the ears - that flexibility really sold me on this product. Grab it if you can! Your in for a treat!

I bought this hat for a winter vacation to Pennsylvania, which I figured was likely to be colder than the Texas I live in. Turns out I was right & this hat did a great job keeping my head & especially my ears nice & warm, even in the snow. It's a little small on me but I have a big head. It is made of "100% Polyester" according to the tag but looks feels/woolish on the outside. The lighter-colored inside on the part that folds down/up is obviously not wool but has that soft "fuzzy" feeling you might get with a bath mat. Overall, it's quite comfy & doesn't make my head itch at all (which I have a problem with on other hats, mostly ones that don't breathe well).Only downside is that if I'm facing into the wind, some cold air does get to my ears. Turning my head slightly ameliorates the problem & it's probably due to my big head.

This hat fits my husband like all his other ball caps. Keeps his head and ears warm.

My hat size is 55cm and this hat is on every aspect way too big. I can't wear it at all because it looks ridiculous and there is no way to make it smaller. Won't ever buy another hat online again.

Large size caps typically fit me. This one was just a bit too snug. Apart from that, it seems to be an acceptable cap.
