Very Useful Software - Customer Service Helpful & Friendly
My version is 1.0.0 and after receiving the software I had to call the company voice to receive the activation code. They are very helpful and friendly. The default settings on the software are not very useful and neither are the directions in terms of finding the best settings to use. There are both 32-bit and 64-bit versions but the version I received from Amazon was the 32-bit version so I needed to download the 64-bit version from the manufactures website. You still need to receive the activation code voice from the manufacture for both versions. My software does not save the settings entered, so when I close out the program and load it up again I have to redo all the settings again. I'm using this software with my InspectorEXP.If you purchase this software, here is how I have mine setup:1. Go to SYSTEM drop down menu and select your COM port2. I unselected the SCROLL feature, I want to see all the graph readings. I just setup a 24 hour window for readings3. Next to the SCROLL selection I entered 1440 and selected minutes to give me a 24 hour graph reading4. The count on the right side I select minutes and enter 1440 again5. The DWELL I set for 306. The ALARM I setup for 90 CPM - check box for ALARM if you want it to alert you if that level is reached7. The meter response time I setup for 30 seconds8. Make sure at the bottom left corner you have CPM counts per minute selected9. At the bottom, I like the the SCALE MAX set at 100 and I like it on 1x

An horrible old-fashioned and paranoiac activation
I purchased the package and was horrified to see that the installed program only runs in demo mode (i.e. for a maximum of 1 minute), because there is a mandatory password that must be obtained from SEintl, and to make matters worse, that password is tied to one computer (actually to a computer specific ID displayed by the software): so when I have installed it on one laptop, and this crashes in the field, I am stuck as dumb. That's a very disgusting and old-fashioned paranoiac manner to sell software!I would have given the software 3 to 4 stars, but I am really upset by this activation-trick, and having no great liking for masochism I guess one star is enough....

OK for certain Microsoft OS
To upgrade OS to Win7 and * it doesn't work as good. Too many call backs to vendor. If you have XP and don't intend to upgrade, it is OK
