Not just a “workout” supplement...
I’m a woman who doesn’t work out and already has a high sex drive, so I can’t speak on the workout or other “performance” factors of this supplement. I do feel a sort of healthy “chill” having taken two for the first time. Very warm and cozy, if you will, and it just keeps getting stronger. This warm feeling could be going “south” on me, but again, nothing unusual there, so I won’t attribute it to the LA. I am taking LA to see how it helps with anxiety and inattentive ADD. So far, I feel relaxed, but alert with loads of focus and can see how this will be a beneficial supplement for me.

Good quality
I’m conflicted when taking this because I’ve noticed the most improvement with this exact brand of l arginine, but also this supplement makes me break out in hives. I must be allergic to something in this particular brand but I love the otherwise good results I have seen, it’s a great product.
