Pros & Cons: Beautiful set and perfect color for my bathroom. However, please read all reviews!!! I highly recommend to have a contractor to install. All previous reviews are accurate. The contractor had difficulty during installation. The shower knob hole was crooked so my contractor had to manipulate the hole do it could fit properly onto the metal base.Overall, it’s a nice set.

The product looks stunning out of the box. You can tell that the build is of good quality! However, we had a small issue - where the hand-held shower head was leaking from the first use.We contacted their customer service, they understood the problem, and shipped out a new shower head right away. The replacement one has been working flawless every since.Great service and product!

Ptfe tape supplied with leaked. Used plumbers putty instead and no problem. Looks great.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this for our bathroom remodeling. Works great! Very pretty!

I was very happy until the handle began to fall apart. It’s been installed 6 months and the handle is breaking apart.
