KAHUNA MASSAGE CHAIRSL-Track Full-Body, LM-6800S Black

We are in love with this chair! Purchased it for my husbands birthday and each of us or both of us have had a massage every day since. It was delivered on time, we paid for the professionally assembly through Amazon. John was our tech (Silent Labors in the VA area) and was absolutely phenomenal. The chair is comfortable, easy to use and provides many features--still working our way through them. Both of us are approx 5'10" and the chair fits our different body shapes comfortably. My husband loves the blue tooth feature and is recovering from a relatively minor car accident a couple months ago.FYI, even with its space saving size it was unable to fit through the doors of our older home upon delivery. Once unboxed (WATCH THE VIDEO), we were able to lift the legs and wheel it into the appropriate room easily prior to the arms being assembled. I feel confident that it will be easy to move again when necessary. We are a military family and move quite often.Also, we received a discounted foot massager with our purchase. Unfortunately, it wasn't working properly upon delivery--BUT Kahuna has had INCREDIBLE customer service so far!! And we received our replacement this morning. We are happy with the chair AND the customer service!

On time (and FREE!) delivery, inexpensive product (compared to high end models), super difficult to install (instructions were garbage but I found something on youtubes). But, holy cow does this thing work like a charm. It's smooth, it's STRONG (too strong for me, a grown 6' man, had to reduce to light intensity), it's quiet and it feels freakin great. It just feels incredibly well built and it works like a charm. One of the most satisfying purchases I've ever made. Very happy customer (despite the horrific instructions and somewhat difficult to install solo - it would've been better to have an assistant).

I bought this chair in 2019. When it arrived the right shoulder would not inflate. I called the company and they sent out a new right shoulder. After not much longer the chair starting a hissing type of sound. This was mostly when it first started. I contacted the company and they said the chair needs lubrication. Additionally the chair back rollers seem to get off track. Think of this like when you are laying back the chair pushes you up and to the right. It doesn’t feel good. I noticed another user mentioned these same items and how they felt like the end result was it got their body off center and was painful. I concur. I have had nothing, but issues with this chair. I recently paid a technician $300 to tighten everything, install the shoulder that was sent, lubricate the chair, and diagnose any other problems. The technician was surprised how the rollers worked. At the end of the day William at Kahuna said I could probably get a good discount on a future chair. I would never buy a Kahuna Chair in the future. I kick myself for not getting something better in the beginning! Stay away!!

I've had my Kahuna massage chair for 4 months now and I couldn't be happier. I looked at 3-4 other massage chairs in my area that sold for twice as much as this one and the Kahuna outperformed them all. My son and his girlfriend were both equally impressed. I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis in my right foot yet I don't need any additional padding beyond what's provided to protect my foot. I've also removed the back pad and I don't experience any discomfort on my back either. The chair is extremely comfortable and if I choose to enjoy a second 15 minute massage, it would be very easy to fall asleep in the chair. You'd be hard pressed to find another chair close to this price that performs as well as this one.

This massage chair arrived right on time, and the crew delivering it carried it right into my house and put it where I wanted it. The assembly of the chair was a bit more difficult that expected. The small manual had small pictures, and the instructions were not too clear. I had to take pieces off of the air hoses to get them to work. They did not just plug in together. I did watch a YouTube video on how to assemble the chair, but it too did not fit the chair I had exactly. I was able to figure it out with common sense. The chair itself seems to be very good, and it has lots of settings and features. I used it for about an hour after assembly and I really like it. You will have to make some adjustments on how much pressure it gives. The arm airbags just about killed my arms. I love the stretch feature! Overall, this seems to be a good buy, and I look forward to years of use.

The chair was great until the remote stopped working. Just ONE MONTH past the warranty. Tried contacting the seller twice with no reply. If the remote won’t work, obviously the chair won’t work. I’d recommend buying a massage chair from a different seller. I have friends who own massage chairs that work after 5 years. So disappointed.

I did a lot of research on massage chairs, after having fallen in deep like with a Panasonic chair at a friend's house. However, the Panasonics were just too big and if delivered as one piece, I never would have gotten them into my house. So after looking at all the possibilities, this zero-gravity, space saving model just seemed to hit the mark for buying something without having tried it out first. What also sold me in the end was 1) the sides of the chair just had to be attached, so I knew I would be able to get it into my house and up a tight set of stairs, 2) FREE delivery - FREE!, and 3) seemed the price was inclusive of taxes.Final assembly of the chair was a breeze, and after a few massages I knew I had bought the right one for me. The foot rollers do the whole foot, love the arm airbags (and go bare arm as the little bumps are stimulating) and just all the choices of pre-set and manual massages. The 4 stretching programs are awesome, and I really like the Elite options for seniors (which really isn't just for seniors). It's also become a great chair for TV watching...I just don't turn on any of the massage functions.There are 2 handy side pockets on either side of the chair to hold the remote. Speaking of the remote, my only wish is that it was voice activated LOL, so that I don't have to move my arms out of the airbag area to set more time or change the massage features.No cons that I can think of...at first I thought the heating function was lame but it's more because the heat isn't felt as much if I have the full length padded cushion on the back. If you really want to feel the rollers, there is the option to move the back pad out of the way, or fold it double and just use it for your head. Having rollers for the back of the thighs would be nice, but I'm finding I still like my massages by a registered massage therapist to hit those areas the chair doesn't get - front pecs and neck area, forearms and thighs.If the chair was able to massage my front, I would never leave my house.
