DO NOT BUY! BUYER BEWARE!
This got through 2 movies (struggled through them and randomly stopped working, then started working, then stopped, then started again) and then quit working completely. It won't even turn on now. It just stopped working halfway through the 3rd movie we tried to watch on it, and we are pretty upset because now the Blu Ray disc is trapped inside, and it's not turning on, and we can't get out disc out without breaking it. It just sucks. Please don't waste your money on this product. I really wish we hadn't bought it. We should have shelled out the extra $30 and bought a different one with more than 1 review. Lesson learned.

Great Blu-ray and DVD drive!
These drive works well in reading my blu-ray and DVD movies. I am also able to read data off my DVD data discs. I am using CyberLink PowerDVD 18 Ultra as my player software, my pc is an HP ProBook, and I'm running Windows 10, 64-bit. I don't have any issues with this external drive. The only issues I have are related to how the movies are set up on the discs. For example, I cannot skip the previews to get to the movie on some discs. On other discs I can skip the previews and get right to the top level menu to start the movie. I recommend this external drive and would buy it again.

These work for os installation and iso burning...
but I have not tried to watch a Blue Ray movie yet. Based on my experience so far I have every expectation that it will do so without issue.

Looking for support on this product
Didn’t come with any software to play blu rays with. Haven’t been able to find any decent software to use with this. Drivers have uninstalled themselves twice.

So far so good...
Nice sleek design, quiet and seems to work great so far. Only requires the use of one USB cable (included) to operate...not two cables like some others.
