Works perfectly! We have a 1 year old son who likes to "shimmy" off the bed which is cute right now because we have carpet but we're moving to a place with concrete floors soon and need to watch when he does it. Assembly wasn't all that bad seeing as I don't like reading instructions unless I absolutely have to. However, one part of the pipe did not fit correctly because another part of a different pipe was made slightly too narrow. I read the instructions to make sure and it was the only different one. To fix it, I ended up hammering down part of the normal pipe so it fit the smaller one in size. It wasn't hard, I just really did not want to send everything back after I had already assembled the two length sides. Another thing is that you need a wooden bed to screw the connecting "feet" in so it is stable. We have a metal bed and have temporarily duct taped the "feet" to the bars on our bed under the corners of our mattress until the move. It it surprisingly stable and works just fine for our rambunctious baby. Each side comes in its own labeled box as well (2m, 2m, 1.9m) which helps to not get confused during assembly. One last thing that the instructions don't say: after you have two fully assembled rods for the top and bottom of each side, one is going to be shorter in length and the shorter rod is for the top and the longer one connects to the bottom of each side piece. Besides that, I highly recommend this item and the company we got it from simply because they delivered everything we needed. We did have some small hiccups, but overall, we couldn't find anything else like this product for our needs and are happy with it.

Great product, I wish we could have used it but it has specific requirements for installation that our bed didn’t meet. It needs to attach to wood slats at each end of a bedframe under the mattress. I think it would work with something like a bunkie board or platform bedframe but not our sleigh bedframe. The seller was very responsive and nice to work with.

We actually use it to protect our partially paralyzed dog while she's in bed with us. Works perfect. I had looked for something like this for weeks.

This is a great product and I believe it could be very sturdy. I had a lot of issues with assembling the sides. My platform bed does not align with the holes that go into the rails. It was extremely challenging to even almost make it work. I am going to have to purchase a new bed frame when my son is able to stand so that the frame is stable.

Love it. We set it up a little different for our platform bed. Didn't screw it in, but tied it. Definitely a good purchase.
