KOOKABURRA Cricket Sun Hat

im not sure if everyone makes them like this these days, but the brim is flimsy. Not satisfied at all.

As a dedicated hat-wearer I tend to be quite demanding in my head gear. The purpose of a sun hat is to keep the sun off your head and out of your eyes. This hat does that very well. What makes it more desirable to me is the lightness - who wants to carry dead weight in the heat of summer? - and the sweat band built in - who wants that cramped feeling of a damp hat crushing the forehead? The brim is wide enough to provide good shade to the head and neck, and the cotton fabric is cool enough to wear all the time. The brim is stiff and keeps good shape (but put it on flat surface to dry if it gets wet). The standard of manufacture is incredible - this is no sweatshop job. The stitching is very high grade and I have confidence this will last more than just one summer.The fit was perfect - I measured my head with a piece of string and looked up the other reviews here for guidance. Spot on!(I am still working out how the postie managed to get it through the letterbox though!)5 well deserved stars.

When hat go here it was ment to have been a medium, but was a extra large so way way to big!Even though on the receipt it said medium.dissapointed.

I took my head measurement which was 60 before ordering this hat and an X large should have been adequate. However, as one reviewer has already commented the sweat band is prominent and made the hat feel too small and uncomfortable to wear. I will have to find an alternative.

Needed a decent hat for holiday and fed up of ill fitting baseball caps . Bought this and its an excellent fit , towel inside rim in case it gets very hot and sweaty.Should work well I will keep review updatedWorked perfectly on holiday nice and light to wear and inside band kept brow dry Great Hat
