Works fine in the FJ Cruiser 2014. ideal location as the small top compartment can be used here. Item is small but in the FJ, there is already a central set of 3 circular instruments. The wire just goes down to the OBD2 plug. Easy install no mess and quick. In my case, the original Toyota cluster is in km/h. To drive in the UK a speedometer showing miles/h is mandatory.

Answer to the whether it works with a C1 by Beley were that it did. It definitely did not. Tested on 3 different MK1 C1s of different ages and none worked with the X60. Returned for false advertising.

Really easy to set up with lots of useful information displayed. There are four display sections on the screen for displaying information. This is great, however, some sections are restricted on to what information can be displayed in them. For example, the very bottom section (the green to red bar) can only either display, Engine RPM, or Current Miles per Gallon. Other than that, well worth the £30 I paid.

A great and useful addition to my work vehicle so as to keep an accurate eye on the oil,water temp and oil pressure daily also you can configure your everyday screen however suits you so definitely worth the investment etc. Cheers Andrew 😊

It churns out a lot of diagnostic info for your vehicle. I mainly bought it to measure the ECT (Engine Coolant Temperature) as our car doesn't have an actual temperature gauge, just the cold and overheating indicators. Having used it for a few months now it's done a pretty decent job, and I'm saying decent rather than excellent as sometimes it loses communication for whatever reason (not very often though) and you have to unplug/plug the cable at the back, kinda like rebooting a device (I believe it's a stripped down android device). There are some spelling errors here and there, but no biggy. The OBD diagnosing is also a bonus. The dial on top works but is prone to being a little sticky (maybe just the quality, given the price point).

Had a problem with thermostat on van display, used this to monitor temp. Great device for viewing OBD2 info also scan and removes error codes if they pop up.

The unit powers up when connected to the OBD2 port, but fails to connect. It spends about a minute trying different connection protocols but always results in failure.

I bought this to work as a temperature gauge for my Mini coupe. It does that reasonably OK but with a couple of big buts! First of all it beeps when turning on the ignition, starting the car, driving along etc. It is really annoying and distracting. The display is far too dull and hard to see even on a dull day. It has a light sensor which is supposed to alter the display backlight in line with ambient light conditions. Unfortunately the sensor is below the usb connector so it is in the shade. I modified the unit by desoldering the small sounder to stop the beeping and replaced the LDR (light sensor) with a 100ohm resistor to lock the display to maximum brightness. A decent little additional gauge but it needs more thought by the manufacturer.

Great gauge. Easily plugs into the OBDII port. Menus are easy to navigate and you can set up the main gauge screen for exactly what you want. Worked on both my 2005 Toyota Echo and 2001 Buick century. The coolant alarm works and saved me an overheat once. It reads and clears basic codes, gives data stream viewing. And has a fun acceleration and braking test mode. A great install to any car. About the size of a standard gauge and could be modified to fit into a gauge pod. Also, I found that the screen can be flipped for upside down for under-dash mounting.
