I ordered this item after extensive online research and visiting various retail outlets and settled on a hard case. What became apparent was that cheap meant poor build quality but paying for a big brand (e.g. Samsonite) didn’t, to me anyway, seem worth the extra £100 or more that you might pay for a similar product. I settled on the Probeetle Voyager IX as being a good balance and the website reassured me that they take their product seriously.I ordered the medium sized case (70L) which was a little smaller than the one it was to replace (80L), but I accepted that. It arrived promptly by DPD from Germany, several days earlier than the Amazon estimate so no complaints on that score.When I opened the box, it was immediately obvious that it was considerably smaller than I had expected. Rather than the advertised 67x45x28cm, I measured it at 57x40x26cm which I estimate as being 60L. Other than that, the product looked good. The locks closed with a reassuring click, the wheels were free running and, although it’s not been tested at the airport, it looked well made so size was the only issue.Fortunately, whilst it was in transit, I had received an email from the owner asking me to contact him before I left anything other than a 5-star review. This obviously explains the high scores on the Amazon page, but I would rather my issues were resolved at source if possible than leave a negative review that might be ignored.I therefore emailed Maximilian and there ensued an email exchange. In the first instance he tried to say that I had to include the wheels and the handles, but even with that I couldn’t get to the stated measurements and if it’s advertised as being a 70L case, I expect it to hold roughly 70L and not 60L.He then said that Amazon specified the way the case had to be measured to ensure that buyers could compare different products. I accept that, but if the method they specify results in all cases being mis-sold then that’s clearly an issue for trading standards. The product also came with a cardboard sale tag describing the product which repeated the Amazon/Probeetle measurements which do not match up to the reality so it’s not a case of Amazon measuring differently from the supplier as had been suggested.As consumers, we are for example TVs of a certain screen dimension that include the invisible bit hidden behind a plastic border and other such sleights of hand but they tend to be marginal. In this case (sorry for the pun), it’s nearly 15% smaller than advertised although I do think that otherwise it’s a good product and as described.I’m leaving a four star review simply because it seems to be a good product, the customer service was pretty good (emails were responded to within minutes) but it’s not the size advertised. We’ve agreed that I will return it for a refund but I’ve now ordered the large which again doesn't measure as advertised but is the actually closer to the size I wanted.

The case was delivered quickly and well within the estimated delivery time. It’s very light and manoeuvrable and seems to be well made. The available colours are good, I chose the burnt orange which is a strong, distinctive colour and will hopefully help me to identify the case quickly among others at airports etc. I am happy with the purchase and hopefully the case will give good service. We are about to purchase another case from this supplier, this time a soft, expandable one, so we will have flexibility and be able to compare the two designs.

Bought this case for several long haul flights. It has proved an excellent buy. I was worried because when empty it feels quite thin but when packed it is tough and very lightweight. Excellent manoeuvrability. In all it has endured seven flights and the associated abuse from baggage handlers but it is still as good as new. Really pleased with my purchase.

This is my second Probeetle case (smallest one). Bought the first one nearly 2 years ago and it is still in great condition. No issues and everything still working as it should. Perfect for carry on when flying. Highly recommended...just wish they still did the gen1 large case in orange!!

I just travelled to Thailand with this new suitcase and it was impressive. Lightweighht, but strong and terrific for wheeling around the place and the airport. Delighted with this purchase and it also looks very smart!

CONFEZIONEIl prodotto viene consegnato in una scatola di cartone, all’interno della quale troviamo il Trolley Bagaglio a Mano.DESCRIZIONEHo acquistato questo prodotto per mia madre e mio padre, perché viaggiano spesso in aereo per andare a trovare i parenti.Dopo aver effettuato una ricerca per capire quale Trolley potesse fare a caso loro, ho trovato questo prodotto della PROBEETLE, a prima vista c’è sembrata molto carina esteticamente e speravamo fosse anche funzionale per come viene pubblicizzata.È realizzato con ottimi materiali, molto leggera e facile da utilizzare, anche il design lo trovo molto carino.È perfetta per i voli low-cost con il classico bagaglio a mano da portarsi dietro, abbastanza capiente è morbida, anche se la parte esterna è rigida, si apre tramite una cerniera, all’interno della stessa, su un lato si trova il classico elastico per contenere gli abiti e su l’altro lato oltre all’elastico, si trova anche una rete contenitore, che si chiude tramite una cerniera, in più è dotata di una piccola tasca per conservare oggetti.In conclusione, ritengo siano un ottimo prodotto, al momento mia madre e mio padre sono molto soddisfatti, il prezzo lo ritengo ottimo, anche perché è molto leggera e pratica, quindi mi sento di consigliarli pienamente.

Prima di tutto, 5 stelle per la spedizione: il trolley è arrivato addirittura una settimana prima! Senza parole...Per il resto, sembra un buon prodotto, tra una settimana darà prova di sé per un viaggio negli USA, e ne constateremo l’affidabilita - ma c’è da dire che sembra abbastanza curato in tutto, a dispetto della sua economicità: gli interni rivestiti da tessuto rimovibile con le zip (a proposito, perché mancano le manigliette ai gancetti per tirarle? Mah...), tasche interne, divisorio per la biancheria sporca, ecc. Mi sembra anche abbastanza leggero. Spero solo che le ruote tengano con l’uso, sembrerebbero solide ma un po’ piccole. Cmq soddisfatto.

Non ho ancora usato la valigia, ma mia moglie - che se ne è subito invaghita per la forma, la leggerezza e la scorrevolezza delle rotelle - mi ha fatto notare che occorrerebbe un leggero piano rigido di copertura, sotto la fodera all'interno, per la staffa della maniglia telescopica per evitare che, specialmente sugli indumenti femminili, rimangano impresse le due righe parallele del "telescopio", noiose quando si viaggia e non si hanno appresso ferri da stiro anche portatili. Ho delle valige di altra marca, famose e molto leggere che ho acquistato ad un prezzo tre volte maggiore di questa, acquistata per fare un regalo.Questa valiga è molto bella, ben rifinita e leggerissima.Le ruote scorrono bene e il manico telescopico ssi estrare bene e rapidamente.Direi che sono più che soddisfatta!

È arrivata estremamente veloce, perfettamente imballata in cartone. Consegna era prevista fra 7/10 giorni, invece era consegnata giorno dopo dell'ordine. Visto che mi serviva abbastanza urgentemente, sono contentissima. La valigia è veramente spettacolare, molto più bella dalla foto (ho preso taglia S, il colore arancione, sembra un po' perlato, ma molto raffinato). Le ruote girano facilmente e senza rumore. Leggera, le cerniere sembrano robuste. Non l'ho usato ancora, perciò non posso valutare come si comporta durante il viaggio.

Valigia leggerissima e con ruote super scorrevoli. Premettendo che la mia recensione si basa su impressioni iniziali e non ho potuto testare sul campo la valigia, volevo esprimere due perplessità:- manico telescopico molto sottile- zip che scorre malino tra la copertura in policarbonato della valigiaSpero che non diventino criticità nel lungo termine. Per il resto perfetta!

Buona valigia, non avevo mai comprato nulla di questa marca. Abbastanza resistente considerando che l’ho testata su un viaggio internazionale dove sarà sicuramente stata sbattuta in qua e là. Unica pecca é che dopo un solo viaggio é stata scheggiata e il colore é andato via. Buona valigia ma consiglio un colore scuro per ovviare questo problema

La valigia è bella è funzionale. .unica pecca non ho trovato la chiavetta per impostare la combinazione.

Trop légère pour être résistante au choc d'un aéroport à mon avis ( je n'est pas essayé mais je ne tenterais pas ).Je pensais en commandant avoir une marque de qualité mais je ne sais pas pourquoi je me retrouve avec une marqueinconnue. L'emballage parfait ! Parfaite pour le train, car roule très bien et très maniable. A voir dans l'avenir pour la résistance.

Ottimo acquisto... spaziosa, leggera e maneggevole. Ovvio che è per una singola persona, ma ci sta tutto il necessario. Anche il materiale sembra buono. Per ora nulla da dire. Se dura nel tempo...

Prodotto di eccellente qualità. Rifinita nei minimi particolari. La consiglio. Ho comprato prima il piccolo e poi il grande. Adesso comprerò il medio.

La valigia è sicuramente di ottima qualità, è già andata in stiva e non ha riportato nessun graffio. Purtroppo se viaggiate con Ryanair dovrete imbarcarla perchè non rientra nelle misure per il trasporto in cabina. Questo è l'unico motivo per cui metto 4 stelle invece che 5.

L'articolo è arrivato in largo anticipo rispetto alla data prevista, risponde perfettamente alla descrizione e l'imballaggio era molto accurato. La valigia è comoda da utilizzare. Sono molto soddisfatto.
