Microfiber leather is very thin and easy to cut, which gives the shoes a nicer looking along the straps and edges without getting too fibrous. 2. Physical and chemical performance is better than lots of genuine leathers. Outsole material: Anti-slippery rubber. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS Why does Kaitlyn Pan choose to use microfiber as the lining material over genuine leather? Genuine leather is very fibrous. When it is used to make the straps, the appearance is not optimal. Microfiber is very slender and easy to cut. It gives the shoes a nicer and cleaner looking along the straps and edges. What is the use of the film attached tightly to the out-sole? The main purpose of the film is to protect the out-sole from damaging in case customers tried them on the floor with rough surface. Please peel off the thin film attached to the sole if you are willing to keep the shoes. If you are planning to return the shoes, do not peel off the film.

High quality and beautiful - buy them all!
Very impressed with the heels and have already ordered two more pairs! Like many others I have been on and off wanting to buy the real deal but just can't bring myself to justify shoes for 1k. I am typically a 7.5-8 US, a 8.5US in Valentino, and based off the reviews I opted for the 8.5 because I have wider feet. The fit is perfect! Straps are longer than the real rock studs, but they lay flat and aren't noticeable honestly. I have seen many reviews where people complain about the slippery sole or the plastic smell and I think they aren't removing the plastic liner. It is really hard to see but it's there. Best thing to do is take a pair of tweezers and run it along the point of the sole and it will lift easily (attached a pic). There is a plastic smell after but dissipates quickly. I live in Canada and the cheapest shipping only took about a week (Calgary). The seller is excellent, highly responsive to questions. These shoes are a bit pricey but the quality is definitely there. I took one star off because some of the studs were chipped (painted plastic) on arrival. A bag of replacement studs was given but not enough to repair all the chipped ones. Reached out to the seller and they are sending me more. Not noticeable unless you bring the shoe up to your face however. Yesterday I wore the shoe all day at the office and it felt great! No sore feet thanks to the sturdy straps keeping my foot from moving around and the nice cushioned footbed. For Canadians with US friends, might be worthwhile to look at having the shoes shipped by Amazon in the US and having them shipped up to you after/or pick up in person. I saved $30 a pair with free shipping and no taxes and duties.

What a fantastic Valentino inspired shoe!I am so impressed with the design, quality & fit with these beautifuly made designer inspired shoes.I own an authentic Valentino bag in the color poudre & the color match is almost exact; wow!I had ordered a pair of these in the higher heel version in my standard size 37, which were too small.I ordered these kitten heels in 37 & the fit is perfect.They are even wide enough to accomdate my feet which have bunions; soooooo happy about that!Shipping was fast, the customer service was excellent ( I posted questions via Amazon to the seller & got quick response ) and the shoe's were packaged perfectly.Extra studs, heel tips & shoe bags were included.I also appreciate that these shoes - like the bcbg Valentino inspired rockstud style & other major brands that copy this style - have the Kaitlyn Pan label & not a pretend Valentino label.These are not janky knock offs.

and I liked them a lot
I purchased the Kaitlyn Pan flats prior to these, and I liked them a lot, but these are the best shoes! I moved to a tiny town where no one knows the name Valentino. I got soooo many compliments on these purely for the fact that they are such a beautiful and head-turning shoe. They are the best dupes I have ever gotten a hold of and I used to work at Nordstrom where a lot of the women owned Valentino's. I sized a half size up after reading all the reviews and they fit perfectly. The pictures do not do these justice! They are stunning in person and the studs are so shiny and perfect. For being a tenth of the price of the real thing, they are spot on! I was worried about breaking them in at work, so I brought another pair with me just in case. The other pair was not needed because these were so comfortable to move around in all day. The kitten heel is an attractive and comfortable height. I can't say enough good things about them.

Top notch customer service
My shoes took a while to be delivered and when I finally received them,I was pleased. Beautiful shoes. However, I wore them once, received lots of compliments and when I went to put them away, I realized that the sole of one shoe was detaching. I have only worn them once and I am disappointed since I really love everything else about the shoe and was considering purchasing another color. It's not worth paying over $100 and waiting for 3+weeks for delivery if the shoe falls apart after one wear.Update: as mentioned I had an issue with my shoe. You can't beat the customer service. I rec'd a call from the customer service dept after leaving my review and they told me exactly what happened with my particular shoe order.He worked out a deal with me as I didn't want to ship the shoes back and refunded me a portion of my payment to get my shoes fixed What a great company! You don't find customer service like that these days. The genuine concern about the product and my happiness with it took this to a 5 star rating. Basically there is no risk in trying this shoe. The shoe is beautiful and the customer service is even better.

Measure your foot in centimeters for perfect sizing.
Absolutely gorgeous. This is my second pair- my first pair were the black matte/nude 4 inch heels. They're beautiful too. These kitten heels far surpassed my expectations! The craftsmanship is perfect- the rockstuds are a soft gold. I wanted the red patent in the 2.5 inch heel to match a bag I got for Christmas. The color is exactly what I was hoping for!I was so nervous about the size based on all of the reviews. So many ladies say to size up at least half a size. Mine would've been too big had I sized up. I measured my foot in centimeters and ordered them according to Kaitlyn Pan's size chart. I'm an 8.5 all the time and I ordered an 8.5 and they're perfect. Don't forget to remove the thin protective coating on the outside of the sole. I carefully removed it with sharp ended tweezers starting at the bottom of the heel.
