I am an engineer and studied the device's magnetic field on test equipment that I own. This device produces a 60 cycle per second sine wave that measures 100 milligauss at about 2 feet from the device. This is not a magnetic pulse .but the same kind of field produced by many household devices such as motors. My Wahl massager produces the same kind and strength of field at 2 feet and cost only $24. There is research that shows that cancer cells grow 10 times faster in this kind of field, so I am returning this device. I also bought a $560 magnetic pulser at the same time which produces a real pulse which I am going to keep. I would suggest to look elsewhere for a magnetic pulser.

Great thing to have!! I got the EU version with belt and used a 100 watt transformer up from 110 to 220 volts (don't put anything magnetic on your transformer). The belt allows you to position it on your backside. I put it on my back ,neck,shoulder, hip (front and back) for about 7 minutes each spot. I had a wonderful sleep and less pain. I only tried it once and will do it every day for about two seeks. I searched "AMT-01" on google and duckduckgo to find English pdf of suggested uses. It took six weeks for it to arrive. It does not feel the same as TENS or EMS; there is no sensation. I know it is on and working because it has an on light and magnet tester. If you have more information on how to use this , please communicate. If I could leave feedback after 90 days from purchase, I would say that this was sold by: ALIAKSEI LARYONAU, , a pleasant and helpful salesperson.

if it had been over here and or known has in the other lands of the free my mom your mom dad's friends etc. would still be alive .this is the life line .A must have .your a angel for being fair with price

The media could not be loaded. Loved this device until it broke. Only had it for 3 months. Covering of electrical cord cracked exposing live wire and device shorted out. Potentially causing an electrical hazard. I’m not sure how to contact suppliers - they might replace device but no idea to contact them.

It works best on a true 220v line instead of a step up transformer on 110v. Its strong and you can feel it. Get it anywhere near conducive metal and it bucks like a bronco (dont do this!)

It is easy to use and reasonable cost. But it does not have a thermal sensor to shut down the AC power if you leave it on for too long about 1 hour, it will burn out the plastics base of the device.
