Sturdy but still feels like plastic. The tightness seems like it will snap but so far still holds.

We installed one of the mounts yesterday and it was both easy to install and works exactly as it should. The mount is lightweight and strong. This is an excellent item to used for mounting a wyze cam pan - just about anywhere needed.
