Besides the water tasting good, we actually bought several cases of this water to make "calming jars." After we drank the water, we easily removed the stickers and used them for the plastic containers for our project. These are actually cheaper than purchasing containers at a craft store and are the perfect size and shape for what we wanted. This is a really good deal too as the cheapest that we could find them in the store, with a coupon/on sale was $1.64 each. At $8.99 for 12 here on Amazon and free shipping as an Add-On item, this was such a great deal.

Bought these to make sensory bottles for my under 1-year old. They are the perfect size for her little hands. Labels come off easily, no goo gone necessary. Opening is the size of a soda bottle, so not very big, but it is big enough for water beads, marbles, and other small objects. They are plastic, which is perfect for my babe. Water tastes good too!

I was introduced to VOSS water by a family member. I really liked it , so when I was unable to buy Fiji Artisian water I searched for and ordered VOSS with high hopes.Admittedly what I had before was in glass bottles and I purchased the plastic, as my thinking was that plastic bottles would travel better compared to glass. Well my reasoning on this was flawed for a couple of reasons.The biggest is that they taste nothing alike. The water in the plastic bottles taste strange. I can't really describe, other then to say unpleasant and not something I wish to drink. I have drank well water, rain water and various municipal and spring waters and not able to compare it to anything. Grandma's says it tastes just like eating a icicle off a tinroof., something she did as young child. The safety seal in the bottles we tried was intact. There wasn't a smell to it.It did have an expiration date of 12/ 02/17 which is a little short for what I am use to seeing on bottled waters. Leaving me to wonder how long it was stored and in what temperatures? As for a cause for the bad taste.The plastic bottles themselves had a detectable seam and were weak at these points in both bottle and cap, this is where several of mine were leaking upon my opening the box. This is why I won't be buying VOSS water in plastic bottles again.

I primarily ordered these bottles for the purpose of doing crafts for my little ones (mainly, sensory bottles), as this brand/style of water bottle is what is the most recommended on the various sites that I have looked at. However, I realize that not everyone is going to purchase this water with the idea of using the bottle for crafts, so I will have two parts to my review: one dealing with the water and one dealing with the bottle.For the water aspect: I can honestly say I don’t understand what makes water “artesian”; I mean, it’s water, right? It does taste slightly different than tap water from home (city water), in that it tastes a bit softer. But only just so; it is not enough to make much of a difference. I like the way my home water tastes anyway, so I would not buy these for the purposes of drinking water; apart from the fact that a lot of waste would be produced, there’s just not enough of a taste difference to make the cost worth it.For the bottle aspect: As has been recommended, these are great for crafting and making sensory bottles. The drinking portion of the bottle is slightly larger than a general plastic bottle for water or soda, so you can fit larger items inside. I have used them for glittery calm down bottles, water beads, and for dry pom-poms (my 9-month-old enjoyed putting the pom-poms in the jar to help “clean” up). I like these bottles in particular because they are totally cylindrical in shape, which is pleasing to the eye. I can see why they are recommended the highest.Regarding packaging: I had the same issue as some folks here in that it was packaged poorly. The case of water came in a larger Amazon box that was completely free of any type if packaging material to ensure that the case of water did not slide around in the bigger box. This is bizarre to me since most other boxes I receive like this have *something* inside to protect the contents of the box. As a result, the case of water came open and the water bottles moved around. I recently discovered that one of the lids was broken. So this is a real problem.

Update. I recently got down to the last 4 bottles of the VOSS water bottles. I gave one of the bottles to an employee and she came back a few minutes later to tell me brown specs were floating in the bottle. Bottle was sealed, never opened prior to giving it to her. I pulled out another sealed bottle from the refrigerator and it had the same thing in it as well. Not good.

Voss has become my new favorite water and bottles! It is so addicting and the bottles are a perfect size for my fridge, to carry and reuse. Cap is the key also. This water use to be super expensive and only came in large glass bottles! Glad they come in plastic bottles, and different sizes now. My colleague drinks them at work and got be hooked on the taste and plastic bottles. I just bought the 500cc plastic bottles so we will see how those are (was cheaper with more total cc than 850cc bottles or 330cc bottles). Unfortunately I can drink the 300cc bottles in 2 seconds, as they are a little under a can of pop in volume. I also didn't have any problems with shipping, cracking tops or tampered bottles other people complained about. I am not sure what people are talking about as I am a prime member, came in a white box (picture below inside a bigger box with air padding protection. Buy them you will get addicted! I never want to throw away the bottles either!

Received the water intact in the box, nothing was broken or none of the seals were disrupted. However that water tasted horrible. Very bad chemical taste and smell to it like the water was stored on a heater or left in the sun. I opened 3 bottles to find the same smell and taste to all. Very disappointed as this water had such a hype to it. Never have had this problem with fiji water.
