I was hoping they would have been ground a little finer (I found 1/2 a pecan in the mix) for my cookies, but they worked anyway.

This product works great on my keto diet! I use the pecan meal instead of graham crackers for the crust on my cheesecakes.

I use it in my Belgian waffle batter. It gives the waffles a magnificent flavor! Highly recommend!

This pecan meal csme in and to me it is much more like flour than it is little pieces of nuts which I expected it to be.

The pecan meal was disappointing, and I will not purchase it again. The meal looked great and smelled great. When I used it, it was full of little pieces of hull. That makes it impossible to eat.
