Saber knives are JUNK. In MY OPINION, the steel used in these knives is FLAWED. When have you ever seen a steel knife BREAK INTO TWO PIECES? I DO NOT BELIEVE these knives can be trusted. We always hand washed and dried these knives and never abused them. A good knife should last many, many years and NEVER break in half.Do yourself a favor and buy something else.

I'd recently purchased the Saber Santoku and paring knife and was really happy with the quality. Since I really don't require an entire set, the man purchased this little set for my use. I LOVE it!! The knives are sharp and sturdy, fit all of my kitchen needs and the carrying case is perfect to store them.
