Saber Knives Fully Forged German Steel 3.5-Inch Paring Knife

My son lost this knife from my set and I was concerned after so many years that it would not match my set. It is a perfect match and I will buy more soon. This is the perfect weight and size for just about any kitchen work. I am a home chef and the Saber knives have been the best investment I have made. After 10 years these are still my go to knife. My mom buys be sets of chef knives every few years forgetting that I already have some. Unfortunately they are never saber knives and they all get donated to the thrift stores. Nothing compares to these.

This was a replacement for one we lost, but I can tell you after having several different sets considered quality from stores like Macys or Kohls there is no comparison. When you read about the quality of German or Japanese knives, these are right there. Hold their sharpness for a very long time and sharpen very easily with sharpener that comes with set. There are quality of the very high end price but only slightly more than a traditional set. Amazing value!!

Don't waste your money on Wusthof I've had theirs , this is much better the prongs are longer and very sharp, the serrated edges are brilliant.Treat it with respect , prongs up during washing and storage to preserve same { be careful not to poke yourself} With Amazon Prime you get free shipping!

Excellent knife for trimming brisket and that’s why I ordered it.

Haven't had it long enough to determine its ability to hold sharpness or to see if the additional technology and care used to make it are worth it, but it is a dream to work with. I would recommend it to a friend of family member.

bought this knife to replace one that I misplaced from my block set. It seems to be of the same quality as my set even though it is stamped differently.

I bought three of these pairing knives. Pricey but quite sharp and good looking design. Just need to find a way to keep the kids from loosing them somehow.
