Yes the sleeves are lined with same fleece as the rest of the inside of the jacket

I don't have the size chart but it's American size

Q: Is this jacket good for the snow and for below freezing temperatures?

I've owned the zipper coat (it zips up all the way and is not a pullover) for 2 weeks. I've worn it in wet mist, snow, and in temps down to just below freezing. I find it warm, the feel soft, and very comfortable. I can't say if it will hold up under very cold or wet conditions. I am quite satisfied with the coat- especially considering the cost
