ST Racing Concepts ST6890GM Aluminum Heatsink Finned Motor Plate for Slash 4 x 4 (Gun Metal)

I picked this up at the same time as I did some other aluminum upgrades hoping for a little better cooling of the motor and to match all the other aluminum on my Slash 4x4.So far I have no complaints, it does it's job and looks good. I will mention that as you can imagine you don't see much of it once it's installed, so it's not much of an appearance changer. As to the heat exchange benefits, I'm not really sure yet. I've only been able to run 2 or 3 packs through it so far because I broke other parts! But hey it was relatively cheap so even if it only helps a little I'm still ok.

It looks nice and that's about it. It's not really all that noticeable actually since only a tiny bit of it is exposed. Not much of an improvement from the stock motor plate.
