I was expecting the product in seven days but instead received it in five days time.Something to feel good about is receiving a personalized hand-written note from LIGHTMEN. It is very good practice LIGHTMEN, keep it up!One thing I would like to point out is that apart from the regular BriteLite packing, it will be better to provide a better (maybe slightly bigger) packing with cushioning that will not damage the glass or other parts of the flashlight.Amazon's Service ReviewFinding the right flashlight from Amazon was the toughest task for me. I had a hard time finding the torch of appropriate power and design from the plethora of products available on Amazon. When I searched using filters, some products used to disappear from the list. Even if you filter the products to display with only BriteLite products, some products such as this one do not show up. It was also hard to find out why there is so much of price difference in BriteLite's KORE and PHOENIX products although almost all specs are the same. I think Amazon needs to work on categorization and better searchability of these products.
