I haven’t been making my own whipped cream for very long. I first bought whip-it brand. About one in three cartridges would malfunction and disperse the gas into the air instead of the canister. I thought this was normal. I finally decided to try another brand so I bought Ultrapure. I have used approximately 100 chargers since and not ONE has failed! The difference is that Ultrapure has a much larger puncture point and makes contact with your canister perfectly.Ultrapure is a far superior product. Don’t waste your money on the other crap brands! I buy chargers in bulk because I go through them like water! I won't serve Cool Whip or Reddy Whip to anyone I care about (besides, how would that look on me?). Pour your HWC (heavy whipping cream) into a canister, add your sugar preference, some vanilla, close canister, load a charger and you've got a special topping for any dessert. No funky after taste like some of the chargers I've used. Ultra Pure is by far my fav! And most importantly, no using a hand mixer for 15 minutes until your arm feels like it's going to fall off! Highly recommend!!!

I teach a cake decorating class and these are great. Some brands have a bunch of duds, are dirty, don't foam up or they flavor the cream with a bad taste. this brand is consistently great. They're all clean and do not alter the flavor at all. I would recommend 100%

These arrived early, and I live in Hawai'i so arriving early is quite rare. This company is my personal favorite brand because they contain more gas in each cartridge than other leading brands. Not to mention they are clean and made in Europe (you can trust European whipped cream brands over American brands, since the Europeans follow a more strict safety code). These carts are made under the strict supervision of Austrian technicians. So we can all rest assured, these whips are clean. Party on, fellow caterers!!!!!

I've ordered these in the past and they were good, strong chargers with no 'strange' taste. All that has changed now. They are weak and have a strong rubbery taste to them. When I contacted Waterline they told me the process hasn't changed in a long time and each cannister is "electronically" weighed. That may be true but my complaint wasn't that the cannisters differed Between each cannister, but that the cannisters were weaker (less charged) than the ones I had purchased a few months ago - 2 different issues.When I said I wanted to return them, they said I would have to pay return shipping AND the original shipping cost, plus restocking AND a deduction for the few used cannisters that I'd distributed (it was taking 2 full cannisters to get 1 pint of cream whipped). Like talking with politicians.... It's difficult enough recovering restaurants from Covid restrictions, and I'm surprised to be annoyed to the point of taking up this time to write a review. So, I advise potential buyers to choose another brand and company.

Good quality charges

When using these I have noticed that they are not as clean as they used to be. They leave a lot more residue behind. They’re still better than most other brands though and I’ll continue to use them.

Great value for the money I spent will definitely do it again!
