Nice simple basic laser level. Not auto leveling. Pin works great for attaching to wall.
Several reviews stated that the pin stuck out and couldn't be removed. They must have been earlier units. The one I got has a magnet that holds the base on. You can use it without the base or with the base and the pin out or flip the base over and the pin will stay in. Laser is bright enough in no light and low light. With the pin striaght out it pins into the wood or drywall for simple hands free operation. Pin hole is small enough; see picture. The laser shoots far. Depending on light conditions. In the pics, you can see it shoots the full lenght of this 30' wall and can be seen on abutting wall. I used to have a little one like this years ago and paid a boat load for it. The nice thing about that one is it had two smaller pics for attaching it to the wall; but it didn't rotate like this one. After removing it you couldn't even see the two pin pricks. Anyway I can't find that one so I bought this one. For the price easy decission.

Just As Good As The First One
I had one of these levels for many years until the nail broke and was useless. I bought this one as a replacement and it's identical as the prior. Decent craftsmanship for the brand. The level is spot on as expected. It's a basic tool that does its job well.

Easy to use
I am by no means handy. I needed to hang a few pictures in my home and was able to use this to make sure everything was level. The light is okay, not as bright as I would like it to be but it is accurate it did like how it had a little pin that would can put into the wall to ensure it stayed in place. Very easy to use, especially by yourself

Best leveler I’ve owned!
I love this leveler in hanging pictures. This is my second one since my son took off with the first one. And it’s just as good as my old one. It’s accurate. It’s dependable, and the first one I have for years so I expect this one to last just as long. Also if you tend to drop things at times. This leveler holds up. It takes a beating from me and keeps going. And it’s easy to see.

Clunky pin mount system makes this harder to use than it should be
Works well enough at projecting a fine red vertical line, and the built-in bubble level helps. That said, the pin mount is fiddly to use (for attaching to a wall to project a line) and leaves a hole in your wall which you'll need to spackle afterward. Also feels slightly cheaply made.I would recommend getting a different brand of level that projects vertical and horizontal lines, that you can mount on a tripod (preferably one with its own angle measurements and bubble levels) to raise it to the correct height and tilt as needed.

Recommended for Beginners
As a novice when it comes to picture hanging, I didn’t want my first laser level purchase to be super high end - I wanted to get one that was decently priced, by a reputable brand, and one that had a slimmer profile to for easy storage.Needless to say, I’m really happy I purchased this leveler. It pushes nicely into the wall, creating a very small hole pin that is easy to fill when completed. I must have drilled this leveler into my walls at least 5-10 times - as you can see with my pics, everything came out looking great, especially since my main wall with the three art panels all use D-rings (4 nails per panel - meaning that is is critical to ensure your level and aligned all the way through to achieve the optimal hanging look). When I move into my new apartment this summer, I will post a tutorial video of how I use it!

Very precise with the laser! Just what I was looking for
It works perfectly. I prefer if it had an easier way to attach it to the wall without damage. I used painters tape to hold the little case part which wasn’t too bad.Easy to learn! Great price!
