Unknown. There are metal cutting blades that can be used with it. Have no idea whether it will do the job that you intend for it.

Can I use this to cut apart a hottub?

You can cut through most anything with this saw as long as you have the correct blade. I used a metal-cutting blade and sawed a cast iron bathtub in two.
