This is awesome I set it up in my DVD and in the morning faithfully I do all this after I drink a glass of water before I even get up and I feel so much better it is so helpful and when I was so very sick and couldn’t get out of bed I did the best I could after I drink a glass of water and it really helped otherwise I would have a lot of atrophy From being in bed for so long

This is the best exercise video I've found
This is the best exercise video I've found. I have post-polio and back and hip problems, but I can do most of the exercises and have gotten a huge benefit in terms of reduced pain and an ability to walk and move better, along with increased energy during the day. I need to modify some of the exercises, but as time goes on (I've been doing the exercises for three months now) I am becoming stronger and more flexible, so less modification is needed. I recommend this DVD to anyone regardless of the limitations you are dealing with. Thank you, Dr. Yang!

A nice combo to own
I have done plenty of style of yoga,tai chi and chi gong. This was a very gentle touch. I admire Dr.Yang more and more as time goes on, little treasure are always to be found in all of his materials, this was not an exception.

Excellent
A well produced, quality instructional resource, pretty much as close as one can get to "Do-It-Yourself" with a subject like Taijquan, or Yoga, or any internal/physical art.Self-taught is always a challenge, but this does the job very well. Good clear instruction, including some theory, history, camera work and spoken instruction is more than adequate. Worth every penny. Thank you again, Dr. Yang.

Great compliment to the book
This video is a great compliment to the book. I really enjoy Dr. Yang. He adds humor and offers helpful information in the video. I also like that there are captions on account of his heavy accent.

The DVD is an excellent companion tool for the introduction of movement. The first times through it, Dr YJM moves through the process quickly but by the third time- following became easier as the process rooted. Very relaxing as well as energizing, I've found the bundle to be a wonderful addition to my routine. Thank you

Si los haces NO darás crédito de sus beneficios, son muy fáciles de hacer, está en inglés con subtítulos pero muy fáciles de entender, y con un nivel casi 1 de dificultad y se hacen en cama.
