I am so glad I found these! I have had a lot of foot surgery and left heel always feels like I am walking on the edge of it. These work perfectly for correcting my foot from leaning to the left. I highly recommend these and will be buying more. I recommend using a little medical tape to help hold them in place on the underneath of the heel.

I only need the right one. Too bad they are not reversible

Absolute garbage. These are thin and flimsy, and they don't adhere well to the shoe. They wore out very quickly and provided almost no support due to the profile being too low. Not worth even trying out.

These things have worked a miricle in my work boots in terms of keeping me from destroying my shoes because im flat footed i tend to run the sides of my shoes down.But with these little gems no foot pain no ruined shoes.

Works well. Good support. Use it on top of my insole but you can use adhesive under the sole if you don't want it moving around. It's rigid and hard but perfect for my needs.

Very happy with this product to help keep my heels straight! I did tape them in my shoes so that they wouldn't slip around being I was using them in sandals!
