it's not spelt flour just plain durum wheat!!!!
i haven't tried the pasta yet so i can't comment on the quality but i thought it necessary to correct the description where it says it's spelt because i bought it because of that and then found out it wasn't. The seller is advised to remove the info, spelt pasta is very expensive, i'm very annoyed and left with a whole leap of pasta that i could have bought on the supermarket for round about the same price.
