Doesn’t work not even with diet and exercise. I gained 3 pounds within one week using this product and makes you nauseated and bloated! and my husband gained 5 pounds within one week of using this product with a low cal/low carb diet with his regular 1 hour daily walk. Another rip off! Not to mention it upset your stomach. I took it to a friend who works in the medical field and she tested it. She said the product is not what it claims to be! It is nowhere near as potent as the claims are. She said this Is another one of those mind over matter type of pills just to get you motivated.

This product works well! I feel it absorbs fast and it does what it needs to do. For example, I always feel so bloated and full with pasta (we all know that yucky feeling, right?) and by taking this pill I don’t get that. Also it helps with my digestive system. I’ve tried many brands and they’ve been just so-so but this brand here has worked the best!

I like this product by Bioganix but I really miss the 200 capsule bottle. Dont know why they changed that. I had to take off a star for that.

Didn't feel it did anything including blocking my carbs. Just eat less carbs and don't waste your money.

I've bought a few white kidney bean carb blockers, however, this one is the worst, this is the only pill where there is a horrible after taste.

I've been taking these during the "stay at home" mandates for the covid-19 virus. I have been eating way too many carbs and haven't gained weight. I attribute it to this product!

How can I be truly sure that they are working? I will say that after eating carbs I do not feel the bloat. So maybe something’s working
