WOW. So I should be most excited about the excellent quality of the sound BUT I was so pleasantly surprised that the charging case can ALSO be used as a portable charger!!! Ok with that out of the way.. i don’t want to put this down. I’ve spent MONTHS trying different Bluetooth earbuds so that I could go for a run or workout and only have to wear my Apple Watch. So far all of them had at least one earbud that would lose connection (going in and out). So far this is perfect! It holds its charge well, charged quickly, came with a micro usb cord, can be used as a portable charging bank, has extra ear bud cushions (of different sizes) and the sound quality is fantastic. Also, it’s very easy to connect through Bluetooth. All you have to do is select the item’s code from your Bluetooth menu and hold down the only button on the earbud. I’m thrilled that I finally found a great quality set!

It's a great purchase. I like it because as I'm walking on campus I'm still aware of my surroundings and can listen to music/podcasts as I go about my day.It's great for the gym and didn't fall or move as I ran or did jump squats (compared to regular earphones).I like how subtle it is. It doesn't hand on your ears, it fits very comfortably and the audio and volume is great.The pack is easy to charge and it's also a portable charger for your phone.The box is bulkier than I thought it would be, but I leave it in my purse. I keep the piece on my ear and forget I have it on at times.

First of all I'd like to say that I am in my 50s and my hearing probably isn't as great as some 20 year olds.So I'm giving it four Stars for sound quality taking that into account.I'm giving it three stars for ease-of-use again just saying I had a little bit of a difficult time figuring it out.It seems to be lasting quite a long time I don't use it continuously.It has held a charge for me when other Bluetooth earpieces have not. I mainly use it at the gym.I have to say what I was most interested in was the charging case I will revisit the review to address how well this works and how long it last.Due to the fact that I just bought this product I want to give it a fair chance before reviewing it for durability.I'm giving it an overall good review.I don't know if someone who had to continuously wear an earpiece in a work place atmosphere outdoors would be able to use this without losing it.

My 16 year old absolutely adores this! The timing of the delivery worked out perfectly. It came in the day before he left for a 3 day school trip to New Orleans for a robotics competition.He fully charged it the night before, and the charge on the power bank survived the drive there and back plus 3 full days of nearly constant use. He is beyond impressed by that.The sound quality is so good he could hear clearly despite dozens of loud robots banging and screeching in a huge auditorium. He was also highly impressed with the microphone. While pushing his way through dense crowds with other people's mouths often closer to it than his own, no one he spoke to on the phone ever had to ask him to repeat himself.Something else he loves (though I think it would drive me crazy) is that it automatically answers his phone for him when it rings. He was working and couldn't stop to free up his hands to answer when the phone rang. He thought he would have to just check his messages later, but suddenly there was a voice saying hello in his ear.He came home positively raving about how much he loved this, and he's worn it to school every day since then. He wants to buy lots of them so he can give them out for Christmas next year lol!

I'm editing my original review because I realized the problem I am having is due to the audible app. This works fine except on audible for my s7 edge. The volume fades in and out only on this one app. Unfortunately I bought this to be able to listen to audio books at work. I will mention I've never had this issue with any other Bluetooth speaker, earpiece or headphones.Originally posted : Sound quality is good, but volume fades in and out. Not a lot of choices for stand-alone headphones which provide both channels outputting to one channel. Suffice it to say I need both channels outputting to the one and this product does the job. I really like the form-factor as well as the latest bluetooth 5.0...able to output to two different devices. There are a few other things that are very cool: 1) The charger/docking station works great. It has like a bit of a magnetic attraction to keep it in place. Also showing it charging is nice too. Have had it for a few weeks now and I haven't had to re-charge it but used the bud for well over 10+ hrs still going strong! 2) I like the different size caps provided. Interesting that each one changes how the sound changes. The largest sits tightly against the ear canal providing extra low bass. The mid-size reduces the bass but gives more of the highs. There is one con that isn't the buds fault in that there is no volume control expecting the device to control it. All but my TV can change the volume. I jammed some cotton ball into the bud to reduce the volume and the workaround is effective and quite usable. More cotton=less volume or less cotton=more volume. A great workaround!
