Very average game.
The thing about this game is finding shortcuts see my review for top gear overdrive,you need patience to find shortcuts as you cant just race like ridge racer and win any races as shortcuts are needed to get to first place good luck.

this is a good game,for your time ,is old game,the control of car is,sometimes no responds to accurately;anyway propose a goods moments to diversionis for a regular game but it is a classic n64

The first thing i noticed about this game is that it drives like a real car. The cornering is so sensitive, and it really emerses you in the game, as you struggle to get round the bend cleanly.The only glitch on the game is the pop up scenery, but to be honest I was too invilved in the whole game, it really doesn't notice that much.

Wow! Just "wow".
OK, so this game is "ancient" by now but it is great! I first bought it in 1998 and thought it was too hard, compared to Mario Kart and Cruisin' USA. But after a few more trials I got better at it and realized that it is just the right balance of challenging and fun. And of course, overcoming the challenges is the best part. As you you progress through the races, you earn faster cars and get to move on to different courses and different weather conditions. The look and feel is mostly realistic (although some of the crashes and flips are not). You get to customize your car to some extent, by choosing the type of suspension, tires, steering, and transmission. If you're unhappy with the default look of the car you're given, you can repaint it just about any way you like. Note that you will need a controller pack to save the paint job for later gameplay (otherwise, it is erased when you power off). Once you get to be a seasoned pro and you have driven the courses multiple times, it might seem a tad repetitive, even under different weather conditions. A few more courses would have been nice.

Classic rally game on the n64. Entertaining story mode. Fun circuit shortcuts. Good selection of cars.
