An excellent book for those that are in to psychiatry.Thorough but not tiresome it covers every aspect of modern psychiatry and it is useful for interns and specialists alike.

The 11th edition was too expensive
I bought this for school but I could not afford the 11th edition. Granted this covers DSM-IV which is outdated, but the majority of the material you can STILL USE. The DSM stuff well you can get that from other sources including the internet just as easily. but for school this copy serves its purpose and is a good read.

Great book for professionals and laymen. It contains all the information pertaining to Psychology as it stands today and explains things throughly and concisely. Very informative.

Copy of DSM-IV
Although a decent summary, it's basically a copy of the DSM-IV without much more clear of an explanation. For this price I would rather have the DSM-IV and well now, the DSM-V which comes with quick guides.
