Nice Shop Fixture that is a Quick and Easy Install
This LED fixture has a fluorescent footprint but with LED tubes as advertised, which means great energy savings and hopefully better reliability. I purchased and installed one of these and liked it enough to install a second. Installation is very simple and fast with a time investment of five minutes each (hanger screw-eves and ceiling power outlets were already in place). I love the quality of the light, which is very white and diffused. Don't be put off by the packaging, which looks as if used. These fixtures were removed from the box by the supplier so electrical changes could be made for accommodating LED tubes in lieu of fluorescent tubes. They are actually packaged well so shipping does not damage the bulbs or fixtures. Customer service is outstanding.

Bright, a bit purplish, fast returns
Good: Easy to install Has a grounded wall plug - if you don't want it, you can cut it off Really bright relative to my 2-bulb T-12 fixtures of old Reseller (AJ Bright Solutions) sent a replacement bulb quickly without any argument, said 5 year warranty on the bulbsBad: I have 2 of these, ordered Jan and Nov 2016. The newer one had a dead section appear after about 9 months Light is a bit purple/blue Takes a moment to come on, which is odd since LEDs can come on in a few nanoseconds

Great, but not tops
Super bright. Price of light includes the LED bulbs, so you've got that going for you. I did not note that this light does not have a switch. When I use it, I have to plug/unplug it from an outlet near where the light is hanging.

More light, lower energy cost!
Excellent fixture. We use fluorescent tube fixtures for an alcove where out orchids and other plants spend the winter. Although fancy grow lights may be better, they do fine with regular tubes. I've had cheap shop lights for years, but the tubes regularly burn out and the ballasts fail. After the last fixture failed, I decided to try an LED fixture. The light is much brighter than a 2 tube 40W fluorescent, the lights are cooler, and at 48W total, it's an energy savings. Fingers crossed that the unit lasts a good long time. For now, though, I love this fixture and will likely be buying more.

Bright Light. Great Price. No More Fluorescent Tubes.
I recently mounted one of the 2 units I bought to replace wired-in 4' fluorescent tube fixtures in my garage/basement. These do have knockouts so you can run conduit into them if you like, which is what I did. Cut off the plug and most of the cord and wired up with wire nuts. Holy cow this thing is bright! It's at the bottom of the stairs, and when you turn this thing on, from the top of the stairs it looks like the garage door is open, it's so much brighter! I'll be ordering more of these. I'd like to hear what mods, if any, people have make to mount them directly to the ceiling. Just added 1/4" or so spacers? I didn't give 5 stars because the (stamped I'm guessing) housings were misaligned, and you have to take the fixture apart to get to the little plastic bag with the mounting chains and hooks in it. Also it would have been nice to include 2x screw eyes so you could hang the chains immediately. I didn't have any laying around and had to run to the hardware store for some.

I love these things
I love these things....they came just like the picture, with a plug in power cord longer than needed and chains to hang from nails or eye hooks. My biggest concern about purchasing these lights was their performance in cold temperatures but after you flip the switch, there is a one second delay and the come right on, even in below freezing temperatures. This winter especially, my area has been hit with a lot of single digit temperatures and they work great....bright as hell too.My only complaint about these lights was the packaging they were shipped in was very thin cardboard...had a couple of holes punched into it but no damage to lights after inspecting them.

These babies are awesomely bright!!!
I purchased these lights for our company's warehouse, approx 3000 square feet, to replace five (5) 8' fluorescent fixtures. The old fixtures were a pain in the tail, always replacing bulbs (expensive) and the lighting they provided was inadequate in many areas of the warehouse. After laying out where we wanted these new fixtures, we decided that ten (10) of the new fixtures would do the trick. We did have to remove the included plug and hardwired these in to the ceiling mounted electrical boxes, since the lamps hang about 10' below the ceiling. When we finished installing all 10 units, we flipped the switch and the lights took less than 1 second to turn on at full brightness. These have been in for about 6 months now, and we still can't be happier. They are bright, there are no dark spots in our warehouse, they turn on in less than 1 second. If you have a lighting project where you need to replace the old fluorescent fixtures, these babies are awesomely bright!!!
