It works for me and helps decrease my joint pain. I tried quitting and found I did start having more aches and pain so I started taking again. It took me several days before I noticed "relief". I wanted to make sure these actually helped. I usually do not take 3 but one or two with meals. You will "taste" these if you burp like most pills so take with food. These have more per capsule compared to many others and price has been fair. Make sure you check with you doctor or pharmacist if you are on lots of meds to make sure you won't have interactions especially your on medications that can affect blood clotting-advice from a retired nurse.

Its a good mix of the items needed to let turmeric work with your body. Don't be fooled to think that turmeric will work on it's own. It needs another spice, black pepper and or a healthy fat. This product does the job.

I started working manual labor as a 50 year old. I developed trigger finger about 6 months ago. The last few mornings I could hardly open my hand. It hurt terribly. Tumeric is super good for you. It has helped me to reduce inflammation anda decent amount of the product per capsule. Totally happy with them
