Its GREAT its soft and helped me a lot but its not very tight but reasonable . I must wear it on clothes otherwise will hurt at armpit. After wearing it for 6 hours it started to hurt so I removed it and I wear it the next day ect . I will buy another shape for more strength and back support but I will keep wearing this one too for my upper back and shoulders.

I sit in a computer chair a lot and tend to slouch. This helped my posture immediately. I can say that this product isn’t uncomfortable or irritating at all. It feels like I’m sitting up straighter with it on. As soon as I put it on I noticed I was sitting up better. Once your back is used to it you can add 15 to 30 minutes more.
