So I have actually NOT been on the Keto diet but I HAVE been looking for a cleanse to help me start on a journey toward a healthier lifestyle. This product has helped in a couple ways. I received my bottle of Keto Detox 3 days ago. I take 2 tablets daily and have felt less bloating throughout my body. This includes my stubborn belly fat which seems to have gone down. I have tried jumping on the Keto diet and really struggled. I was breastfeeding and felt like I needed to eat carbs to keep my milk supply up.
