Great value for the money and great service department
We really like our chair and its features. We had an issue with the chair, probably and installation problem with the white glove service. The LED light on the left arm of the chair did not work. After calling customer service, we took it off to confirm the power connection and realized the installer used a bolt on only one of the two brackets. After buying a replacement bolt at the hardware store, I was unable to connect the second bracket despite multiple attempts and conversations with customer service, which may be why the installer did not either. The arm/bracket simply would not line up with the bolt hole, and it appears the arm was defective, damaged in transit or damaged by the installer. After removing the arm, I also noted the seat cushion was not zipped in properly, and the zipper came off.All of that said, the service department (William) was extremely helpful and has issued a replacement chair for us.We love this chair and are glad to be getting it replaced. As for constructive feedback, the remote is not the most intuitive in terms of how to operate all the programs. Took me a while to figure it out, but on the positive side of things there are so many options for different types of massages. The instruction manual could be improved and has a lot of typos.Great value for the money. We love it!

great chair, easy to assemble, very good customer service
The chair fits my 6'4" athletic frame as well as my 5'5" wife. Great massage, love the airbags and stretching modes. I ordered the White Glove delivery only to find out that the local agent is not providing any in-home delivery (COVID). The team at Good Price World promptly gave me a refund on that part of my purchase price. I can say that the chair was very easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 20 minutes after watching the video a few times. We are very happy with this purchase.

Be Wary of Returned Chair - May be Missing Parts
I was really looking forward to getting my massage chair. It might be a great chair, but I will never know. The package was delivered in one giant box that had been taped together. It was obviously a re-packaged, returned item. It looked nothing like the packaging in the assembly video that I had already watched (I was excitedly anticipating my chair). There was no obvious damage, and it had clearly never been assembled. I was ok with that. With help, I carried the base upstairs (pretty heavy), then noticed there were no sides of the chair included with the packaging! Amazon gave me the run-around for two days, and Good Price World couldn't help because I bought it through Amazon. I had to wait about a week for Amazon to send someone out to pick it up. I am still awaiting my refund. The chair is probably great, just be wary of getting a returned item that may be missing some vital parts.

Excellent. Well worth the money
Worth every penny. The white glove service was excellent also.
