which worked fine. The shower has a nice spray head
We bought our first tankless heater while we were in Brazil. I wish I could get another one of those. This is the third tankless shower head for our guest cottage. Some people do not know how to use them and it is helpful if guests are using this to leave instructions so they do not burn out the heat unit. When I ordered this it was going to take up to 22 days to ship. I paid for expedite service and received it within 5 days. Unfortunately it did not work. The seller, who was not polite or even make an effort to be, said it was our fault for not installing it correctly, though we did have a professional electrician put it in. Nevertheless, he did send a replacement heating unit quickly, which worked fine. The shower has a nice spray head. Whether it is the unit or our water pressure or what, the guest says it takes a good while to start heating. Could be on our end and not the unit. I would be careful to order from out of country. It says Florida, but the communication and time period indicates other.

Can Not Be Used in the United States!
It is to be used in Europe. I bought it for my son and I need to return it as soon as possible.

Seems to be a good product.
Works well so far! Note, the showerhead gets heavy when water is turned on and if the base of the shower is not flush to the wall it will need additional support. I used PVC and feel that had I used galvanized pipe the weight may not have been the issue. Additionally, the lead wires coming out of the head are somewhat short, I'd prefer a bigger space from shower to electric connection. Make sure you install it high enough to stand under... it is over 20" long and extends nearly to the center of the tub. Seems to be a good product.

good idea
Very good but it takes 30 AMP 220 Volt breakers - not 60 AMP as written in the technical specs above. It should be connected to a Two-Pole 220 V 30 AMP GFI (Ground Fault Interrupter) circuit breaker. It require a GFI since it brings electricity and water together. Those Two-Pole GFI can be expensive -- the lowest cost I found was a Muray in Home Depot for 85.00 dollars and to that add a circuit breaker box . GFI outlets are much cheaper but unfortunately no 220 or 110 volts 30 AMP GFI receptacles are available in the US.
