Received my order fairly quickly.The generator runs well, I've been testing it out with my refrigerator for the last 5 days, so far the solar panels are keeping it charged. I haven't had a chance to put up the wind turbine yet. I highly recommend this product.

Does not have enough power to runs the motor home air conditioner for more than 5 minutes. Before it completely drained the generator.

I purchased a lot of products from this corp, and I do like most of their products.However, I had basic questions about use with the turbine I purchased and solar panels.As there was a clear defect in the turbine. I finally reached one rep, he was very nice and helpful.But afterward after two months, still zero contact or follow-up to help me solve the problem he identified.I have emailed, and left voicemails, and attempted every method of contact.So I cannot use their products as they will never answer the phone or respond to any other means of communication.This renders their products unusable.That is sad, as I would have loved to use these products if they would only support them as they said they would.So now I have $20,000 of products that are unusable for something possibly as simple as a cable, or a diagnostic test they could do from afar, yet they are unreachable. I am not even sure the company is still in business.

The unit worked the first time and ran for a few hours to keep the lights on. A week later, the lights were out so I fired this up to find that none of the front a/c outlets worked. It is too much money to spend on something that is unreliable when you need it most, and why would the part to break be the part you need to work: the A/C outlets. Unless the company can explain this single point of failure, and also why they didn't reply to my email. Don't buy this.

i can't tell you what i liked because i'm still missing 1/3rd of the shipment and almost two years later still didn't get a refund or the rest of what I ordered.

Batteries to low amp. Can't even keep up with tv and cable box for any link of time. Texas 🌞 sun Bright here. Panels to small 400 Watt not enough.Plus these people charge way to much. I paid over $3,000.00 for this now they drop to 2,500. That is to much for a UPS for a computer and wi fi box. Be careful

I bought Platinum system ($1,900 from Lowe's 8/12/20). We are using it as a backup power for our garage refrigerator. The 120 V outlet stopped working after 5 months. Luckily I caught it on time before the reefer food contents thawed out & spoiled. I've been trying to return it but Nature G. customer service is slow to respond. I have not yet received a shipping instruction after 4 days of contacting customer service! The generator part of it is about 90 pounds. They told me to ship it in any box. I asked if they are concerned with it being damage & they said no. They will not cover the shipping box cost.

Heavy as hell. For some reason I had thought this pod was only 45 lbs each. Turns out they are 92 lbs each. Broke a toe the first day unboxing this sucker, much less mount one atop the other. The extension pod came cracked, so can’t lift it to mount until replacement comes. So far no customer service. Charging literally took 5 hours to fully charge mine. The monitor is hard to read. Makes me wonder if I REALLY have 100 watts of power. (Another reviewer from another Seller mentions only 50 watts. Really worried about that. Haven’t tried the wind turbine, yet, as we are in full summer. Hopefully no damage there. Good thing there’s a 1 year warranty.
