Woodworking is my full time job so I always try to find the best products possible for the job and unfortunately these sanding disc aren't what I expected at all. I seen a you tube review that was 5star all the way. Not sure if he was paid to do it or what but they lastest about 5min then I started to notice all the grits laying on the wood. Save your hard earned dollars and just buy the diablo ceramic pads they Outlast these 15x

I've been using production sandpaper for 40 years. The Diablo sandpaper is simply a one-time use product and one that doesn't do the job well at all. After it is unpeeled from the Velcro pad of the sander (Makita r/o in my case), it will not adhere again. And the amount of material it removes is puny compared with say Gator paper. There are better choices out there, avoid this one.

While hand sanding on the lathe, with a vacuum port nearby, I can see the material being removed as it makes the trip from the lathe to the vac port. Even a well used disc of this product appeared to be removing significantly more wood than a disc of traditional sandpaper. I will buy it again.
