Broke in less than 6 months
Good functionality & features. However, product failed in just under 6 months - it promptly stopped in the open position. It took me most of the day testing all the circuits but eventually found that the 24v DC transformer is working but the motor had failed. Very disappointing as replacing the previous one I had for 15 yrs gave me some expectation that this one might last a bit longer than 6 months!
