Good visual appearance
This was to replace a worn light outside our porch. The appearance is very good and the light nice and bright. I like the light reflecting downwards as it lights up our pathways around the door area. Also it was easy to fit using the included instructions.

Nice modern light, decent illumination
Is it easy to install? I managed to do it, so yes - took maybe 30 minutes, would have been less without the children "helping"Is it modern, well designed and appropriately sized? YesGreat light, nice finish, modern design, easy enough to install, like he fact I can install a cool white bulb (provided) which allows better illumination than a warm white bulb (not provided) or an uplighter/downlighter type of outdoor light.

Looks good but, its construction is a bit flimsy
The metal parts are made of quite thin gauge stainless steel and is a bit on the flexible side. The transparent part is a light, acrylic-like plastic which could be easily scratched when installing so take steps to protect it.The instructions also say that, to avoid staining, the metal parts have to be cleaned regularly with a light oil but I polished it with car polish to make it water-mark resistant. Changing the bulb isn't easy because the plastic transparent section has to be unscrewed to gain access to the bulb.

Give out a really good stance of light
Wanted a light that would give enough light to reach keyhole! Definitely lives up to that and more.Would recommend.

Allows ingress of water
These are supposed to be outside lights. However, they have a hole in the top, supposedly to let heat out but these holes allow the build up of water in the fitting. A very poor design.

Great looking lights
I really like these stylish external lights. They are robust and a good design. I am very pleased with them. I am equally pleased with the matching one for the front of the house with the motion sensor. Really fast delivery too and I thought the price was reasonable.
