Anolon Advanced Pewter Hard Anodized Nonstick 11 Piece Cookware Set (Pewter/grey)

These were a Christmas gift for my brother. Even though the box was well packed, two of the pans arrived damaged. One was scratched, while the other was bent, which meant the lid did not fit. My brother contacted Anolon, and they immediately started the replacement process. Their warranty says they will replace with the same or better. The replacements arrived today, again packed very well, and they actually sent the newer (bigger) version of one of the pans. So far, my brother loves using them. He said food does not stick, and they rinse clean with almost no effort, which makes up for the fact that you can't put them in the dishwasher. Great experience with the product and the company.

After 1 month of use for a family of 3 the pans are in an awful state. We use plastic or wood utensils only and hand wash and they look terrible. Scratching discoloration after handwashing? What a shame! I am not a rich guy and don't buy cheap things. I bought analpn 15 years ago and they lasted for years. This is a disappointment. DO NOT BUY.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my son and his fiance'. I have the same set and absolutely love them. Yeah it's a bit of a PIA to handwash them but it's great durable cookware. Has a good weight to it, easy to clean, doesn't chip and nothing sticks to it! I've burned... and I mean BURNED (beyond all recognition) cheese, milk, sugar and a few other things, trying to multitask, and it still cleaned up like it never even happened. That gets a huge A+ 5 star rating in my book

Purchased these in February. Did research on this brand and read they were high quality. Something must have changed. These pans are such a disappointment. Have only ever hand washed and used silicone utensils yet they look like someone has used and wire brush to cook on them! The worse part making food with any acidity gets baked into the nonstick permanently! This makes me very concerned about the safety of these pans. What is leaching into my food? I have made spaghetti sauce and BBQ sauce in these pans and both permanently stained the pans despite cleaning multiple times and trying to clean with cider vinegar. Now anytime I cook in those pans you can see the old sauce leaching out into the new food. It’s very disturbing. Will likely drop these in the bin and start over with Caphalon or stainless steel pans which is where I should have gone to begin with.Update 3/11/21 - Tried to use their warranty program which also is horrible. Online warranty submission is confusing. Submitted online warranty for THREE pans. Received no communication regarding submission. Then out of the blue received a replacement for one pan without any explanation. The new pan didn’t match my set. No way to contact them at all. No response from email. No explanation as to why they chose to only replace one of the three pans when they were all equally damaged. Poor company, poor communication and do not stand behind their product or warranty.

The pans are certainly heavy duty and decent quality, but one pan arrived damaged (a chip on the rim, so the lid doesn’t sit tight). I notified the company with multiple pictures and was told I would hear back “soon”, that was two months ago. Also, because of the way they were stacked in the box, there are scratches to the inside of each pan.We made plain white rice in the small sauce pan and my family unanimously agreed that the rice tasted like chemicals (and yes we hand washed all the pans and lids before cooking in them). There were more favorable reviews than not, hence why we purchased. Maybe we just got the bottom of the pallet, but hopefully we hear back about the replacement pot.

Love these but one came damaged and the effort to get it replaced was not worth it.

I love this set! I went through several that didn’t last more than a month or two. We bought this set after reading the reviews doing some research on how to care for nonstick pans.After several months, these pans are still working well. They heat evenly and the nonstick still works well.A good set of pans are not cheap and these are a great value. Beautiful set and I definitely recommend them to anyone on the fence.

The product was outstanding!!!!! It was non-stick as it says it was, great looking and easy to use and clean! I recommended this product to all my friends!
