A MUST BUY! Very Well Worth Your Money!
I own a wood floor refinishing business and dust is the bane of our job. Having a professional two stage vacuum, our replacement bags cost $8 every time we had to change it. Operating costs adds up quickly when you may have to change the bag 3 times in a day. It got to the point we quit using the two stage vacuum because the replacement bags cost too much.At first I was skeptical if this vacuum bag would even be able to contain the extremely fine dust that we make (sometimes sanding out to 220 grit). The results were incredible! The vacuum has more suction power and the bag contains all the dust. It even gets used on installs and tear outs, easily picking up nails, wood bits and other debris, all without rupturing the bag. I have been so impressed that I ordered a second vacuum bag for the back up 16 gal ridged shop vac.As you can see in the pictures, it truly holds a lot of the fine dust without any of it escaping. Greatly impressed!VERY MUCH WORTH BUYING!

Almost greatness
It is made of tough mater, it seems sturdy, and it does the job. There are 3 things that would vastly improve this product tough1. Something to cover the hole when you are trying to empty it. even if they had a rubber membrane of some type as it is a bit tricky to get dirt from the upper half to the lower half but avoid the suction intake hole2. Need to make emptying easier. When you take off the clip the ends still stick together. You can shake most big objects and most small dust and dirt through fine, it's the stuff like hair that struggles to get through. Not sure why they didn't make it malleable3. Use a wing or thumb screw instead of a flat head screw. It would be so much easier to take this bad on and off by hand instead of having to use a screwdriver.

Great except when emptying.
It is worth having as it can save you a lot of money but the hole where you dump the bag when it's full should be much bigger. When you go to dump it out, you have to hold the hole open, and it only opens about 5" so if you have any insulation or anything puffy you will have to stick your arm in there and pull it out by hand. Almost a great product.

To difficult to empty
First off the bag is well built. I ran mine with no filter on the shop-vac and had no noticeable dust coming out from the exhaust. There a 3 drawbacks. The clamp should be 1/4" or 5/16" nut driver instead of a flat screwdriver. Second, dust comes out of the fill hole while trying to empty. I would make not worry about the first 2 negatives if the 3rd didn't exist. The third and most critical problem is the place where you empty the bad is only half the width of the bad. It makes it impossible to empty without sticking your hand inside the bag and pulling the materials out. I believe if the slit went all the way across the with of the bag it would dump easier and make the product very usable.

Seems durable & well made
We really wanted to give this 4.5 stars,,, the half star we would have taken off because the only ONE thing wrong with this bag is that it is hard to empty, although to be honest maybe it wasnt made with our application in mind which is woodwork. We used this to replace our standard paper bags that get filled with saw dust and wood chips. Here are the pros and cons by list:Pros:Fairly reasonably pricedeasy to installseems to improve suctionHolds a lot of debrisseems high quality & constructed wellseems durable as if it would last many refillsCons:Hard to empty the bag but not a deal breaker

Must have for your wood shop.
I use the Craftsman 6.5hp 20 gallon shop vacs to suck up the sawdust from my sanders and saws. I was having problems in the past with the Craftsman filter getting clogged and eventually the suction power would drop dramatically. I bought one of these reusable bags to test out and immediately ordered a 2nd one as it's well worth the money. I use to empty the shopvac once a week due to the loss of suction, but I can go 2-3 weeks without having to empty this bag, and with no suction loss. Worth every penny!!! Hopefully I can find a small size for my 4 gallon vac.

Somewhat OK, but suction opening too narrow, and material too thick
This large reusable bag is only ok. The diameter of the hole in the bag, to install it in the short suction slot tube of the vac, is about 1/8" too short. My Ridgid HD14000 shop vac is a 14 gallon; it has about a 1/16" ridge that goes around the suction slot tube to help keep the bag in place. That ridge is what makes the difference, making it impossible to slide the bag opening all the way where it should be (just inside the ridge). If they made the bag opening 1/8" wider it would fit, because using the metal clamp that can be tightened, a bit larger opening would not be a problem. Also the bag is a bit too thick, making it difficult to accommodate it inside the canister. The metal clamp could be about 1/2" longer in circumference to make it easier to open without it coming apart. Manufacturer needs to go back to the drawing board to make these adjustments.
