Great product. Would definitely recommend it to others.
This product was easy to install, easy to program and performs extremely well. It’s rated to operate a door up to 36” plus. The with of the door it was installed on is 49.5” in width and 83.25 in height. The door weighs approx. 200 lbs. The door operator opens and closes the door with ease. Very happy with this product.

Not enough force
Disappointed the unit is well built easy to install easy to program but the force is not enough its maybe 6 to 12 pound force also I wish i coulda program it just to lock the door and free spin to open it at my desire. But no not possible

DOESN'T WORK!!!!
Get ready for frustration!!!! the instructions are very incomplete especially for operation and troubleshooting. got it installed. started to work for a few times then not... it keeps trying to shut when the door is already shut or it opens half way then stops and will not close. then mysterious it will work for a few more times then back to the misfires again.... right now the motor is energizing every three seconds to try to close when the door is already closed. power it off, unplug it... power on again and it does the same thing! going to tear it off the wall and send it back! check out the installation videos online before you buy and see if you think this looks professional.

very Nice device
Im working in Assisted Living Facility and Bought this Device. Easy to setup and adjust all parameters...I wish they put 2 kind of switch for the Doors.... one si small and Big... But over score is great....

Very Difficult to Program
The product I brought for our church entrance door, I Installed as per the issued manual, when programmed it work only one side, called the Tech customer service, the tech support is one man operation, I got the service and programed as per tech support direction but did not work.
