Great for my mood
This has helped me drastically with my anger outbursts I’ve been having lately and my anxiety. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my sleep as well and I seem to sleep through the night instead of having insane insomnia. Well worth the price but I do wish they still came in a glass jar like they used to.

Works wonders
I take 3 in the morning and sometimes that’s all I need but an extra 3 in the evening (5-6pm) would be fine. IMO don’t take on an empty stomach, because eventually you will have stomach issues (diarrhea, nausea) but as you hydrate I’m sure you would feel better. I would recommend these to people that deal with social anxiety and opioid withdrawals. It will definitely help you feel “normal”... Upbeat, at ease, it definitely makes you feel like yourself again. Try it for yourself, you won’t regret it. Price is high, but it’s better than being prescribed mood stabilizers that leave you feeling like the walking dead. Hope this helps, peace ✌🏽

This product might have saved my life
I am a 64 yo married female in excellent health (no doctors pills, still run, jump, climb, healthy libido etc.). I look much younger, for which I am truly grateful. We are expats, currently residing in South America. However, I have an inherited limbic system disorder involving amygdala hijacks. I've had it my whole life but the stuff that happened in this dumpster fire year set me off bad. I had an excess in glutamate and not enough GABA to offset. Shaking, talkative, nervous, anxious, no appetite. I started losing weight because I didn't want to eat. When I got weak, I reached for quick carbs, instead of protein because it sated me quickly. Very scary. I could have had a stroke. My dear husband ordered Neurolink for me and had it muled in. The first capsule gave me relief. I am taking one in the morning and one in the evening. It has calmed me, but I think I probably need four per day. I had fallen pretty far down that rabbit hole. I am paranoid of running out. It's difficult to get things like that here. Perhaps the amino acids in Neurolink support my brain function naturally as I couldn't remember eating meat for days. Now, we are at 8600 ft altitude and perhaps that is a factor. All I know is once the lockdown started, I had a neurological event. Edibles (easily available at low cost here) have also been a life saver. I just need to relax and stay off the news. Please don't run to pharmaceuticals until you at least try this. It is appalling that they can prescribe drugs with so many serious side effects.

Insomnia
I got this product because I wanted to try pharma gaba, hearing it was good for mood/stress. This particular product seemed to be a loaded with other benefits, got great reviews and is from a solid company. I did not research it well enough, the tyrosine is a stimulant and I developed insomnia.

Heed by Warning
I didn't notice any major changes in taking this supplement other than a slightly noticeable more relaxed feeling. In this case, you can plan and execute problems or daily tasks without worrying or feeling anxious about the "what ifs" that can interfere. On the other hand, I also became very sick taking these supplements. It happened very suddenly and I am still recovering. I purchased Designs for Health's Acetyl-l-carnitine for improved memory an to help eliminate brain fog. It worked wonderfully. I then stacked both supplements and felt "ok", but the benefits were slowly diminishing. After about 90 days of using Acetyl-l-carnitine in combination with Neurolink, I noticed problems with my thyroid. I felt pressure and pain in my neck which effected how much I could open my mouth to eat. I felt pressure and pain that then extended into my chest and felt my heart irregularly palpitating. Deep into my ear canals, I felt intense pain and my brain felt overall numbed. I ignored this, thinking it was a slight infection, but within four days I had insomnia because my lower back began to ache and the stinging pressure was exaggerated when I would lay down. In the meantime, I noticed weight gain (about 9 lbs) which I attributed to winter weight all though my weight has not fluctuated significantly for seven years.Acetyl-l-carnitine is supposedly helpful in aiding hyperthyroidism, however L-Tyrosine is a neurotransmitter and adrenal hormone that, when in large quantities can suppress thyroid function and leave you with the symptoms that I have. Stacking neurotropics can be harmful. I don't know how this product would do on its own, but be aware that the dosage suggests to take 6 capsules a day which contains 1.2G of L-Tyrosine. It's important that you have your thyroid examined before taking this supplement so that you can properly assess how much of this supplement is actually needed.Overall, this is a good supplement but should be monitored like any other controlled drug.
