I used this product for around four years after long distance trail running and weight training and found it really helped my recovery. The gel wasn't too sticky and absorbed really well. Sadly it seems to have been discontinued. I really hope this product can get back on the market as it was fantastic and I haven't found a replacement (a similar looking product gives me a really bad rash and stings badly)

I had a hip replacement a few weeks ago. I find this gel works well on the stiffness of my knee after exercising.

This item is incredible I have bad foot for weeks after doing a 14 hour shift at work I could hardly walk. I put this on and I could feel it working straight away after about 30 minutes the pain had gone the next my foot was not painful at all brilliant stuff!!

Great product for muscle relaxant

I've been using Magnesium for a few years now and decided to try this one so very good after a work put and as I run a lot so good for achy joints especially good in the winter.

I was dubious about this product due to the very reasonable price point compared to other brands, but it really does work. No particular scent, easy to apply, absorbs well, and results in no aches or pains the following morning!

As a sufferer of soft tissue injuries to calf muscles,this gel is just the job for helping cramping after exercise and before retiring to bed.
