Ability Superstore Wheelchair Umbrella Clamp

It’s a really good thing very sturdy and a must for anyone who is using a scooter

This little umbrella holder invention did not work. The joining parts are made of plastic and so extreme caution must be taken not to break them when fixing them to the wheelchair. I followed sellers images and instructions and even though it was fixed tight as shown, the umbrella holder would not hold straight up. It kept sliding down and hitting the shoulders of the wheelchair user which was perceived as painful and a serious health and safety issue. It is possible that for this umbrella holder to work it requires some rubber layer between the plastic parts and the wheelchair frame. Perhaps this may be something for the designer and manufacturer to work on. Product was returned and refunded hassle free so pleased with the service. Thank you.

Haven't used this yet, however it does look sturdy, so should do the job. Thank you

When I received mine it was put into a hand grip rails box and also there was missing bits and the screws were rusty, was very disappointed with product.

The wheelchair umbrella clamp fitted without any problems and is very easy to adjust. I bought a beautiful parasol to go with it.
