NutraLuxe Lash Enhancer 4.5ml

I purchased this as another product I was using stopped working for me. I am age 55 and my lashes started falling out (bare spots) and the length was no longer there. I also used on my brows as they were becoming very sparse too. My brows have filled out a bit more, but have seen the bigger difference with my lashes. I would not have minded losing the length of my lashes, but was very unhappy with the bare spots as it was very noticeable. So right now I have the length (as in years past) and no bare spots. I have been using since September 2011 and starting seeing results by the end of November and ordered another to have on hand when this one runs out (which it has not yet).I have not had any issues with my skin though I did notice a little irritation after a month (red eyes) when using every night, but once I saw results I now use every other night. I don't know if anyone will have this issue, but someone else mentioned in another review and kept that in mind. I do use it every night on my brows.I recommend it highly.BEWARE: I having been purchasing from this particular seller and the last purchase I made in June 2014, I noticed the container did not look like the current one I have but still decided to use. Since I have been using it, my lashes are in bad shape so I think I got a fake. Just a warning because this has happened to others. I have contacted seller, but don't expect much. Unfortunately, I will now go directly to manufacturer's website to purchase.

I tried this after admiring my daughter-in-law's Rodan and Fields lashes but not willing to shell out a couple hundred dollars to get her results. So I tried Nutra LUXE, which was far more affordable. I've been using this daily for 3-1/2 months and my eyelashes are ridiculous. They are thicker and longer than any pair of false eyelashes I could buy. Stick it out past the first 6-8 weeks; I didn't see much progress and was losing faith. But somewhere around 8-9 weeks, you see quite a few long lashes coming in. But 10-11 weeks, not only are your lashes getting really long, they are getting really thick. By three months, you can go without mascara and your eyelashes are thick, curly, long, and attention-grabbing. When I put mascara on, it's almost too much va-va-voom—and for the record, I'm a 54-year-old grandma! It works even on us "mature" ladies. My eyes haven't looked this good in 20 years, it's like a mini-eye lift. I know that sounds a bit overboard, but long, curly, natural lashes just brighten up your whole eye area. I'm very pleased. If I could only have one type of makeup for the rest of my life, I'd pick this.

As someone of Asian decent I've been bestowed with short, downwards-pointing stick-straight lashes, since birth. Not even eyelash curlers followed by curling mascara would make them look much different. Then a coworker recommended this stuff to me (probably as a kinder way of telling me to lay off the ridiculous-looking falsies) after I asked her how her eyes took a turn for the doey.Ordered it asap. I was lucky I had a coach with first-degree experience. My coworker told me to use the teensiest bit of it, and whatever comes out when you pull the brush from the tube is all you need for both eyes. Do NOT double dip. She warned me that my eyes would be kind of red and bloodshot for the first two days, which they were. When the bloodshot wasn't getting better after the third day, she said it was because I was using too much (I was kind of globbing it on at first in overzealous anticipation). So I took her advice and used less than what I thought I needed. I applied it twice a day, morning and evening after I washed my face, and alternated which eyelid I started on.Cut to 5 weeks later and my lashes have not only nearly doubled in length, but they are also thicker and they CURL GLORIOUSLY. Haven't used my curler since and now when I dress them up with my usual choice of mascara (Dior Blackout) people ask me if I'm wearing false lashes. And I obnoxiously bat my lashes all like, "Who me?"

Ok, so this definitely does work EXTREMELY well. The first time I bought it and used it in the past, it did take a while for me to see good results (+/- 5 months perhaps I didn't keep track) but since the 2nd time around ( a few months in between not using anything) I saw results a lot faster (3 weeks - 1 month). So here are the things to note that a lot of other people are also saying:1. First time you use this product ever, or re-use after a long break, chances are the first few times, you'll get an "allergic reaction" to it. For me, basically my entire eye socket area turned red -- the area was irritated, but it didn't hurt; just minimal discomfort -- this goes away in a few days after continuous usage.2. It increased length a lot more than it did with volume/fullness in my opinion, so my lashes did get less sparse compared to before usage, but nothing major.3. People have been saying that their lashes "shrunk back to the original length" after they stopped using this (definitely could happen) but for me I didn't really experience that, so maybe it could be some possible external issues could be factored into it as well.4.. For the results, I think it's one of the best out there that i've tried and it is worth the money. If you apply it to your lashes per the instructions given, it'll last you 6 months at least.Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the results.
