My son is a heavy chewer, and these unfortunately aren’t strong enough for him. He wore one to school and it was chewed through by the time he got home.

My son is 2 and a half and chews everything we got these a to try and focus the chewing to a specific item instead of his toys us or other items that arnt food. They seem pretty durable. I think they will eventually wear and need to be replaced but probably will last quite some time. He has been chewing on them so its somewhat working when we can keep him focused on chewing only that. The only thing I don't like is the necklace part is super long even long for an adult and there is no way to adjust the length of the string so it fits better around his neck. He has just been carrying it around with him and chewing it thst way but they should make the necklace part adjustable especially cause this is meant for toddlers or young children usually with sensory issues or biting and chewing issues. I feel the length can be dangerous don't let you child sleep with it as it could easily rap around their neck as they move while sleeping. Other then thst a great product and seems to do the job

My 17-year-old daughter chose and ordered these. She has already chewed one up on an anxious night. I guess that's why they are comforting because the rubber is soft and pliable. She wears one around her neck during waking hours, under her sweatshirt at school. They are inexpensive so I reckon we will buy again because she likes Legos.

Our grandson chewed through these within a day at school. Bought these for my autistic students and they instantly loved them. Very durable, easy to wash and the convenience of the necklace is great! So worth the buy … the price is so reasonably as well.

So far: these devices seem very well made! Firm but with a little bit of give. They are “Made in China”. The cord portion is super awesome.Tl;Dr: I am keeping 2 of the 3 necklaces as they were delivered, but I’m repurposing one of the necklaces.Honestly: I purchased these because they seemed the most interesting, durable, and easily-modifiable for my needs. I normally wear a specific piece of jewelry but my 3 month old has started the “death-grasp” And “face rubbing” phase of development so for his safety I ordered a silicone based teether (that is the same pendant) from a private vendor and (since I “don't agree” with the decoration that the vendor is sending the pendant on) I needed a plain, break-away, adjustable cord to place the new pendant on. The design of the cord is awesome. The breakaway is much more secure than many I’ve seen on teething necklaces. It requires a firm and determined yank for it to break free.

I'm 21 and thus probably a bit older than this is designed for. I have a tendency to seek sensory input, I ADHD and a tendency to chew my fingers if I start dissociating (due to PTSD) so I bought these to try to transition from fingers to these.I've been chewing on this for most of the past 3 days. I feel calmer and I already find myself going for this instead of my fingers. Even with an adult sized jaw and teeth I don't see any cracks forming or pieces breaking off.My only complaint is the plastic pieces on the cord are very rough in areas and scratched at my neck and skin, to the point of being intolerably distracting. I had to substitute embroidery thread.

I am so disappointed in the quality and durability of this product! I’m especially upset as these necklaces are intended for children and should be able to withstand heavy use.We received the necklaces this afternoon and my 7-year-old selected the red one. I bought these for him because he has been compulsively chewing on all sorts of things lately, including his fingers, his clothing, blankets, and toys, especially LEGO. I was pleased that he took to it right away and happily gnawed on it, so I initially felt good about the purchase.However, after about 3 hours he brought it to me to fix as the cord broke. I looked and had no idea how to fix it (there is a photo of the broken one next to the new one to show it’s a little more complicated to re-string than I’d expect).Already frustrated with that issue, I then looked at the chewy brick part and I was alarmed to see the damage on it! There is a corner of it completely bitten off, and there is also a small crack that can easily break the item by simply bending it!I would not expect this much damage in only a few hours. He has moved on to a green one with warning to be more gentle with it, but I would never give another one to a younger child or a child with developmental disabilities who might be unable to recognize when the item became unsafe. Again, I’m very disappointed and upset. I expected much better quality.

Hola!Me encantaron, me estaba volviendo loca porque mi hijo de 8 años estaba destrozando toda su ropa, funda de iPad o cualquier otra cosa que tuviera a la mano. Le compré los collares y lo dejé usarlos libremente, los usaba todo el día, duró como 2 semanas haciéndolo y al final dejó de chupar y morder tanto los collares como la ropa.La calidad es buena, son super resistentes y al parecer mitigan la ansiedad.Gracias!!

No lo recomiendo. Los compré para una niña de 6 años y son demasiado duros que le dolieron los dientes y no lo quiso usar. Ademas que una pieza muy rapido se rompio, lo que podria generar asfixia.
