WenVenMen's Spring Canvas Military Style Jacket Casual Lightweight Cotton Coat

Bought this as a gift for my SO. Spent almost a week debating on the right size.He's 75kg (165 lbs), 1.70m (5'7') and the jacket I was looking to replace was 21 1/2 in chest (that'd be 43). He likes a loser fit. Now the medium according to the seller is: Chest 47.24, Length27.56, Shoulder19.69, Sleeve26.77. That's 5 more inches that I supposedly needed.Ultimately I ended up choosing the medium because I'd rather it ran large than small. But to my surprise, it fit perfectly. He was very happy with it. The buttons look quite nicely, the inner lining, the stitching have a nice finish. It's not quite heavy for very low temperatures but its a very nice jacket for fall or in between seasons (with additional layers).Overall, I'm quite happy with the purchase and so is my SO, he wears it almost everyday.

I like the jacket, but this import just isn't designed for a chunky American male. Length, sleeve length, and waist were good for me, but the jacket was much too small through the chest and shoulders. I suspect someone who looks good in "slim fit" shirts and jackets would like it.

Good jacket for the price. Thick outer layer and polyester lining which makes it feel like a somewhat heavier jacket than expected, but makes it a great winter cross-over with a few layers underneath.Fit is good, similar to a Carhartt in shape but slimmer torso. I am 6’, wide shouldered, generally thin.Zipper can be inconsistent, returned the first purchase as the zipper was “wavy” - did not sit flat, was more like a sweatshirt that has shrunk. Second one was better. The fabric relaxes after some time.***Wash the jacket before you wear, it is chock-full of shipping preservatives. You should ALWAYS do this anyways, but especially with this.

For the value it's an ok jacket. However I bought a khaki color jacket but it was closer to the coffee color jacket. I'd say it was just a light brown. The construction is ok. Don't expect premium quality. The inner pocket ripped slightly when I placed something in it. The stitching for the whole jacket could be much stronger. When I stretched I could hear a tear. The zipper is a bit tough to use. It doesn't zip that easily. The collar also doesn't stand straight and therefore doesn't live up to its title "Men's Stand Collar Cotton Military Jacket". It's just ok.

Update: WenVen was kind enough to send me out a new jacket.I purchased this jacket in September. Within a few months a portion of the zipper became detached and fell off, rendering the jacket unusable as it could not be zipped up any longer. I was no longer able to request a refund due to the time frame. I reached out WenVen, which then told me to reach out to Amazon, which then told me to reach out to the WenVen. I have now been back and forth many times in which the end result is WenVen refuses to help replace the jacket even after requesting photos of the zipper damage. Not worth the problems!

Based on the reviews, had to take a guess at sizing. Went with Medium for 5'10", 183 lb, size 33 pant waistline. It does seem to be a slimmer fit at the bottom of the jacket, but not tight. Fits well, looks good. Four out of Five stars only because I believe the reviewers that the zipper doesn't / won't last. I'll try to not use the zipper much, and perhaps - if I like the jacket enough, have the zipper replaced. It seems to be a good looking enough jacket for now.

The first time I ordered this coat it was too large but after returning it and buying a new one, it was a great fit and it is of great quality for general use and wear. There's not too much mobility in terms of raising your arms up above your shoulder line but other than that I can move around perfectly fine in it. I would definitely recommend this jacket and if you are generally a medium or a large in size, then you should definitely consider getting one size down.

For the price, I feel like the quality isn't great. The style is wonderful; however, the color has faded in just a few short weeks. The sizing is also a bit off, as this seems to run small.
